I want to stay in the sky of the age of 18
Good morning!Ladies and gentlemen, teachers and friends.I‟m glad to be here.The topic of my speech is “I want to stay in the sky of the age of 18”.The age of 18 is full of happine and dreams.I stay no longer in the fantastic world of childhood, but I have a sense of humor.I always believe happine is the most important thing.Franklin said: “early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.” now I have changed the saying into “late to bed, late to rise makes more weight and more wealthy”.The age of 18 is full of kindne.I‟m always ready to help others, either my friends or strangers.I‟m sure to give him or her a hand.It is because I have so many good friends that my life is full of sunshine.I have many good friends at school.Our friendship is sure to be the greatest and it‟ll last for ever.When I was in trouble, they were always offering to give me help without being asked.When I was ill, they took good care of me;when I was not happy, they came to comfort me with their heart and soul.Either happine or sadne, succe or failure, we have all gone through together.The age of 18 is full of challenge “where there is a will, there is a way ”Once I didn‟t regard it as a truth.But as time goes on, it has become a motto of mine.Without any actions, sometimes I just speak out something that I want to do.Now I know it is not right.I should try my best to do it.At age of 18, I often make day-dreams.I often dream for my future such as comfortable life, a relaxing job and a true love.I dream that on a rainy morning ,a beautiful girl meets a handsome boy.The boy gives the girl his umbrella ,she is deeply moved and they fall in love.At the age of 18, I know how to value time.I begin to study hard.I understand hard study is very important.Now I know that books are the ladders to human progre and that „No pains no gains‟.I know that I will not succeed without hard work.Now I have the confidence of myself.18, the most beautiful age;18, the most beautiful season!Oh!18, a most colorful age!From the bottom of my heart, I want to stay in the age of 18 forever!
