Good morning ladies and gentlemen, today I’m so happy to stand here and share my ideas of building customers relationships.It is quite a vital part in biz communication, hence building a long-term relationship with customers can make a good influence on your daily work.There are 5 tips to help you build stable relationships with your customers effectively.First of all, build your network.You may wonder what network is.My colleague? My customers? My friends? Yes, all above those who can be closely connected in your life-circle compose your network.It seems impoible for each person to live and work in isolation.So, ladies and gentlemen, I dare say, building a large and reliable network will lead you succe.Besides, you ought to communicate with others frequently, such as discuing with your colleagues, e-mailing to your customers, negotiating with your collaborators.Remember this, you will never know what customers need if you don’t open your mouth.Just like a deep vast gap, you cannot cro it to the other side without a bridge.Next, I would like to talk about e-mail marketing.It is such a fast and easy way to establish a strong relationship with your customer.Internet can combine you with your long-distant clients so that you can keep in touch with them and exchange your information in detail conveniently.The following thing, your loyal customers should be rewarded.It is an interaction between you and your customers.Just as a saying goes, “Customer is the king”.Ladies and gentlemen, you have your responsibility to serve them and treat them well.Definitely speaking, you can provide them a preferential treatment or send them coupons in order to make them consider that it is value for money.Last but not least, I want to say loyal customers are your sales force.They may help you advertise your products after your good service.And even remember you because of your nice smile.Many customers are willing to establish a profitable relationship with a well-fame company.Please pay more attention to your loyal customers if you want to benefit.So, ladies and Gentlemen, that’s all my presentation, and I believe that you will not forget these 5 points I gave you just now.Thank you!
