The earth is a planet almost covered by water，and it is water made every thing on the earth lively．Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater，imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world，then there is only a spoon of it on the land，and the water we can use is only a drop of it．

Although about three-quarters of the global area is covered with water, only one percent can be used.Lack of freshwater resources is a common problem in the world.One of the reasons is that the global freshwater resources have a uneven distribution.China is a serious shortage of drought.Deducting flood zones to use and spread of groundwater resources in remote areas, after China's realities of freshwater resources are available only for le, about 11,000 billion cubic meters, the per capita water quantity available about 900 cubic meters, and its distribution unbalanced.AsloChina is one of the most water-short countries in the world.It has le than 1/4 of the world average water.By this token，we all can see how important the freshwater resources are for us.According to statistics, there are about two-thirds of the urban cities on a national scale that don’t have enough water to use.In the area of Loe plateau, the water consumption per capita only has about 23 liters.What an appalling number it is!

But in our daily life, we can see the scene of wasting water everywhere.We usually see the tap running water but nobody turns it off.And the water pollution in our life is also a common behavior.People always use exce laundry soap to wash clothes, andit always makes pollution.
