This is really a great honor for me to be here and share some of my opinions with you.First of all, let’s begin with a potry.“Be the Best of Whatever You Are”by Douglas Malloch.If you cannot be a pine on the top of the hill,Be a scrub by the side of the rill,But be the best little bush.If you cannot be a bush with the strong roots,Be a bit of the gra by the road,But be the happiest gra.If you cannot be a highway then just be a trail,It isn’t by size that you win or you fail.If you cannot be the sun then just be a star,Be the best of whatever you are.There is no perfect man in the world.Everyone has his or her own strengths and weaknees.Everyone is original cannot be replaced.It is said that if you know yourself and enemy

you will never be beated in a battle.To realize our dreams, we firm our belief, we work hard, but there are two eential factors we have to keep in our minds—understanding yourself and confronting yourself.No matter in normal life, study, or relationship, we’d better spend some time to recognize our good qualities and bad weaknees.And then make the most of our advantages and correct the existing shortcomings.You are supposed to

establish your own location according to your capabilities and characteristics.As long as you are clear about yourself, your action will be more effective!

You should believe in yourself because everyone may deny you but you yourself cannot!Remember to keep confronting yourself in your life!Just be the best of whatever you are!
