Good morning dear profeors, very glad to be here to share my understanding of this topic.And the title of my speech is Hard-working has changed the world.“Genius is 1% inspiration and 99%perspiration” said Thomas Edison who was a hard-working person and brought light to the world.Last week Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being—Steve Jobs.By building one of the planet’s most succeful companies, by making computers personal and putting the internet in our pockets, and by turning his talents to storytelling, Steve Jobs has brought joy to millions of children and grownups alike.Steve Jobs, also with 99% perspiration, changed the way each of us sees the world.In China there are a huge number of people who are facing the land every day to support 19% world’s population.Of course they are Chinese peasants.And there is a saying that: Long-term goal based on(Long-term goal-oriented education)education.Without a doubt, teacher is the cornerstone of education.As a student I have met so many dedicated teachers.They, just as candles, light others and consume themselves.Therefore, we can also say teachers’ hard-working lays the foundation for the development of the world.Anyway, without hard-working, Thomas Edison would not invent so

many devices that changed the world.Without hard-working, Steve Jobs would not become a legend who was among the greatest of American innovators-brave enough to think differently, bold enough to believe he could change the world, and talented enough to do it.Without peasants’ hard-working, the world will be more famines and turbulent.Without teachers’ hard-working, the world may be stagnating;no one knows what will happen.Overall, with everyone's efforts, the world will become much more beautiful.So ladies and gentlemen, in this competitive world, hard-working is indispensible.If you can work hard in everything you do, you can be the one who change the world.At last, I want to use one sentence to end my speech: Hard-working has changed the world, and it will continue to change it.
