Now first I’ll introduce myself.My name is Xie Guixiang.I’m the No.31.I;m from Kexin Primary School.Today it’s my honor to be here.I’m glad to share my speech with you..My topic is How can I balance my teaching and family life.As a teacher, first of all, I have a family with parents, a wife and a daughter.I must be responsible for them..I think only there is a strong family, I can work smoothly.In fact, work and family are a unified organism.I wanto to be a family and career special responsible person.On the one hand, my teaching job is very important in my life.At school, I am strict not only with my students but also with myself.On weekdays, I never ask for leave for my personal matters.And I’ve never been late for school.Everyday, I come to school early and get everything ready for my cla.In my opinion, school is my second family.I try my best to be a good teacher at school.I spend most of time at school especially two years ago.I hardly have enough time to look after my family.My daughter often says, “You’ve never been to my parents meeting.” I’m very sorry for this.So in my spare time, I try my best to do some housework and do some cooking.I often go to see my mother on weekends.Sometimes I help my daughter with her study.I want to be a responsible man at home.That’s all.Thank you.
