Distinguished guests, my dear friend and colleagues, ladies and gentlemen:

Good evening, as a senior student who is majored in international economic and trade, maybe it’s the last time for me to participate in this kind of speech contest , and hope you will enjoy this splendid period of time.Referring to this topic, a sentence just came to my mind: “it is love that makes this world turn around.”Every year at May 12, it’s the Nurses Day in honor of a famous nurse, whose name is Florence Nightingale.All of her life she spare no efforts to help and love others, she was just like a candle , consume herself but lightening others.When the Crimea war was broken out, she came to the front line despite the family objections, everyday she work more than 20 hours to look after the wounded soldiers.Every time when she was coming to the hospital , all the soldiers lie on the bed struggled to sit up to ki her slender figure on the wall , as if it can release their pain , this was called the “wall shadow ki.” I think what she had done has been exactly definite the sentence “make a gift of rose, hand stay lingering fragrance”

And then, let us thinking deeply about these people’s behavior , what on earth support a young lady give up the high

living condition, put down the noble identity , facing a risk of death to help others.why she devote herself to do this.I think it is love , a love to care for everybody who are in different kinds of troubles just like how we cared for our own family members, if we can land our helping hands to the people who are facing inconvenience as fast as the disaster relief, then the society will be strong enough for any hardship.Heraction really defeat the weakne of human nature, such as selfish , greedy, fear of death and also prove the glory of human nature ,to let us know that there still exist good tings in this world that we can believe and trust.My dear friends,Because of the wind, the ground could grow lots of the trees, Because of the trees, we could have a cool place to stay,and, because of love, we could have a colorful world.So let’s just give a helping hands and love the people who surround us, with helping others, we can find happine and realize the value of life.The world needs love, the love needs you, so harry up, let's us be a volunteer to show your love!
