众所周知，我们的环境变得越来越糟糕。在一些地方，我们不能看到水里的游鱼，山岗上的小树。甚至没有干净的水来饮用。如果我们继续下去，地球上的美将一去不归，也会严重危及地球上的生命。人们应该深刻地认识到问题的严重性。有识之士已经在环保方面做了很多努力，许多国家的政府也建立相应的法律保护空气、森林、和我们有限的淡水资源，并采取有效措施来阻止污染蔓延。保护环境，人人有责。作为一名中学生，我们能做些什么呢？又该如何去保护我们的环境呢？
如今，越来越多的人骑自行车外出，我也不例外。这对保持空气的清洁是很有帮助的。我通常骑自行车去上学，只是在下雨天才选择乘坐公交车。我可以呼吸新鲜空气，同时也锻炼了身体，对保持我的健康也有帮助。另一方面，避开了交通拥堵，确保我能按时到校。在我得到这些好处的同时，也为环保做出了贡献。
当我们离开教室的时候，不要忘记关灯，当我们在书写的时候，纸张的两面都可以使用，有些科目的教科书可以循环使用，这样做可以节约能源。在购物的时候，我们可以使用购物篮代替塑料袋，减少白色污染。种植更多的树木，不仅使空气会更新鲜，而且改善了环境，使我们的家园更加美丽。事实上，即使是最简单的日常活动，也影响着我们的环境。

As everyone knows, our environment has become worse and worse.In some places, we can't see fish in the water or young trees on the hills.Even there is no clean water to drink.If we continue to do that, the beauty of the earth will never return, and it will seriously endanger the lives on earth.People should be aware of the seriousne of the problem.Someone has already made a lot of efforts in environmental protection, and governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests, and our limited fresh water resources, and take effective measures to prevent the spread of pollution.To protect environment is everyone's responsibility.As a middle school student, what can we do? How can we protect our environment?
More and more people ride bikes when they go out nowadays, so do I.It’s helpful to keep the air clean.I usually go to school by bike, but I only take a bus on a rainy day.On my bicycle I can breathe the fresh air and do some exercise to keep healthy.On the other hand, I can keep away from the traffic jam and make sure I can arrive at school on time.I also do a bit for environmental protection when I get these benefits at the same time.When leaving the claroom, don't forget to turn off the lights.When writing, both sides of paper can be used, some textbooks can be recycled, it can save energy.When shopping, we can use shopping baskets instead of plastic bags to reduce the white pollution.We can plant more trees, the air will be fresher, and the environment will be better, and our home will be more beautiful.In fact, even the simplest everyday activities also affect our environment.We have only one earth, if each person pays more attention to our environment, there will be le pollution, our environment will be better.Let’s act, to protect our earth, protect our home.I believe that our world will be better!Thank you！
