Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen:

What is learnt in the university besides knowledge?Why we go to university instead of going to society?As university students ,we should train various kinds of ability,for instance,interpersonal relationship,independence, innovation, grasp information ability , learning ability and so on.Among them the cultivation of interpersonal relationship is particularly important.Marx ,the greatest philosopher, once said: People are the totality of different social relationships.Everyone does not exist by himself.He is related to various kinds of social relationships.University life is a turnning point from tower of ivory to society.And university interpersonal relationship is also part of society interpersonal relationship.It has great effect in physical and mental health.At the same time ,it also promote their maturity and development.However ,when people were in middle school with heavy preure,they did’t aware this kind of relationship,which made them selfish and cold.Even though they have entered university, they still

have no idea about how to deal with relationships between his clamates.And then follows many problems.In a reserch given by a authority department,the barrier in handling relationships can be summarized as lack of intimate friends,difficulties in communicating with someone,infrequency in communicating proce,troubles in communicating and fear in interpersonal relationship.If the problems stated above can’t be solved timely, he will have psychology illne.What’s worse,it may bring hurt to not only himslf but also others and then at last breaks the law.So how to deal with relationships is of great importance.The core ofinterpersonalrelationship is coorperation and commuication.You should firstly be honest to others because honesty is the most valuabe treasure in the world.Only honesty can gain coorperation and commuication.The principle ofinterpersonalrelationship are as follows.(1)principle of equality:in our socialism society

the first and most important thing you should insist is that everyone is equal in interpersonal

relationship.No matter it is public or personal communication,no matter he or she is noble or formal,we should all in the same height.(2)principle of tolerace:there are different kinds

of people in college and you should tolerate various customs and languages.No matter you have similarity or difference,you both can be good friends.Only by this can you improve youself deeply.(3)principle of reciprocity and mutual benefit:it

means the reciprocity and mutual benefit between the people.Interpersonal relationship is bidirectional,it can’t last for a long time if just one person benefit from it.Only both persons get beneficial advantages can it continue.So everyone should pay and consecrate,both physical and mental.(4)principle of good faith:we all hate being

cheated by others.So faith is very important via communicating.If you have promised something to others ,you should stick to it and do everything you can to make it come true.(5)principle of forgivene:it means don’t deal in

micrograms.There is no doubt that contradictions will occur in interpersonalrelationship.Thus you’d better learn how to stand others’attitudes and words.If the problems happen in your side,you should admit your mistakes and undertake responsiblities.Only in this way can your froze relationship be melted.On the basic of these principles listed above,we should master some specific tips to further to develop the ability of interpersonal relationship.(1)Even though you will meet so many people

in college,you’d better learn their name by heart.When you see him ,say “Hello!” to him initiativly and politely.(2)Have good manners.Be easy to feel relaxed

so that stimulate contact motivation.(3)Train lively personality and let others feel

pleasant when they stay with you.(4)Make youself calm and reasonable.At the

same time ,don’t complain too often,which

may make both you and others happy.(5)Comfort the hurt one.Encourage the failed

one.Help the one in trouble and congratulation to one’s achievements.(6)Be independent and confident so that make

youself be faithful to others.From all stated above,we get to know there is indeed something else we learn besides knowledge.That is interpersonal relationship.And then we go to college for that.If we step into this direction,we will find that everything is changing quietly.With time paing by, interpersonal relationship will be more natural and easier.At last,we will compose a perfect chapter in our university life.Thank you!
