beautiful flower of life” though I do not think so.It’s not until my coming into Jiahua and acquainting with the people here that I know its extraordinary

beauty.当佳华还在一片荒芜的盐碱地上沉睡的时候,年轻或者曾经年轻的他们,就带着对未来美好的希望千里迢迢地从北京赶到了这里.在这里,他们用坚定的脚印踏过严冬的雪地,把微笑化作春风和细雨,在酷热难耐的夏季,他们又度过了多少个不眠的夜晚,把汗水融进黄昏和晨曦,也许他们的生活中少了与爱人花前月下的浪漫,少了与亲人们在一起的天伦之乐,但是他们无怨无悔,他们始终深信着:有多少奋斗就有多少获得.每一天，我看到的工作中的他们都是精神矍铄，高度投入，任飞扬的尘土弄脏他的工作服，任炙热的阳光烤黑他们曾经白净的皮肤，他们似乎忘记了亲人，忘记了节假日；每一天我感受到的是他们渊博的知识，高度的责任感和诲人不倦的忘我精神，与他们在一起我感到安全,塌实，有希望．在这里,一条条道路'一座座楼房记载者他们在佳华拼搏奉献的辉煌历史;一座座焦炉'一片片繁忙的景象凝聚了他们精心装扮佳华的无尚荣光.也许他们的生活中少了与爱人花前月下的浪漫,少了与亲人在一起的天伦之乐,但是他们无怨无悔.在灿烂的秋季,他们收获了一串又一串丰硕的果实:佳华公司已完成了从建设期到生产期的过渡;完成了从零起点到盈利几千万的生产历程.他们亲眼见证了这一切. They with the hope of a better future arrived here form Beijing far away in their

youth while the lying waste Jiahua was sleeping silently as a piece of saline and alkali land.The footprints left on the snowy land of the server winter reflected their firmne and smiles here were known as spring breeze and drizzle;they spent uncountable awake nights in the broiling summer which was out of

tolerance and sweat became an indivisible part of dusk and dawn;they were

always believing that gain was depended on arduousne and they didn’t

complain nor regret about the le time they spent with their sweethearts

romantically or families full of enjoy and happine.I discern their devotion in

fine feather every day;they let the flying dust dirty their uniform and don’t care

about the violent sunshine burning their skin to black;and it seems that they

have forgotten their families and holidays.What I recepted every day are their

profound knowledge, high sense of responsibility and dedication of tirelely

teaching.I feel with them safe, free from anxiety and hopeful as well.Paths here record honorable history of their striving for succe;coke ovens and visions of

busyne indicate the glory of their dedications to Jiahua.They don’t complain

nor regret about the le time they spent with their sweethearts romantically or families full of enjoy and happine.In the brilliant autumn, they gain bunches of rich fruit: Jiahua has not only completed the transition from the period of

construction to production but also achieved tens of millions profit from nothing.They personally witne all what happened.从他们身上,我发现青春并不需要华丽的衣裙和高贵的名牌来装饰,青春

需要用坚定的信念来构思,用高度的责任感来立意,用执着的奉献来行文;我发现青春还可以如此美丽.如今,看到他们仍然在为佳华的未来全心全意,奋力拼搏;为我们的成长悉心指导,毫无保留我心中不禁充溢着奋发向上的激情:我要像他们一样让青春在奉献中闪光.所以,我对工作充满了信心和热情.然而,当

我决心将自己平凡的一生献给我的工作岗位的时侯,我清醒的看到奉献并没

有说说那么简单,不具有一定的业务水平,谈不上什么担当责任;没有较高的专业素质,则奉献更如纸上谈兵.正所谓:“墙上芦苇,头重脚轻根底浅，山间竹笋,嘴尖皮厚腹中空”.为此,我把提高自身素质当作一切工作的前提,从点滴学起,认真记录,认真总结,不懂就问.通过不断地积累知识,丰富经验,我各方面的素

质提高得很快,从初出校门的学生不断的成熟以至能够圆满地完成本职工作,最近，我被提升为班长,我想这是对我的一种鼓励,也是一种压力,如今佳华正屹立于时代的潮头,如果我们没有过硬的技术本领和业务素质,必将被社会淘

汰,所以我们必须一步一个脚印,踏踏实实地走好每一步,用先进的知识武装自己,当公司需要我们的时候,才能挺身而出,担当大任.不管我们在什么岗位还

是什么职位,如果都能够把青春的信念和责任化作奉献汇入佳华的建设事业,那么我们的青春也会散发迷人的光彩. I find from them that youth can be so beautiful that it doesn’tneed the

decoration of shining clothing or name brands but should be conceived by Attic

faith, concepted by high sense of responsibility and written by clinging

consecration.I am watching that they are still wholeheartedly striking for the

bright future for Jiahua and devoting all their attention to teach us.I can not help to shine my youth like them with the dedication paionately.Determined to

devote all life to my post, however, I clearly know that devotion can no be so

easy like speaking a word.Responsibility cannot be shouldered without certain

skills and techniques;devotion will be something like idle theory without special

profeional knowledge.It’s said “Wall bulrush, heavy head, light feet and

superficial root;hill bamboo shoot, needle mouth, thick hull and stomach

empty”.Considered the improvement of myself as the precondition of all the

work, I start to learn knowledge letting no little bit pa, record seriously,conclude carefully and ask for help when there are any questions.As the

accumulation of knowledge, enrichment of experience and improvement of my

quality, I am now grown up from a student just graduated and qualified to the

current work.It’s both encouragement and preure as to my promotion of

monitor.Jiahua now stand firmly in the forefront of times and we will be

eliminated through social selection if we don’t have outstanding skills and

profeional quality.As a result, we must make progre one step by step and be down-to-earth.We can stand out and take up the responsibility as the company

required only if we are armed with advanced knowledge.No matter what posts

or positions you are, our youth shall emanate fascinating glory if we devote with Attic faith and responsibility to the construction of Jiahua.庄子说过:人生就象烧火.我想建设佳华的事业也象烧火,前一根柴快尽了,要立即添加一根柴火才不会熄灭.不管我是一根什么样的柴,我都将竭力为佳

华的辉煌燃烧,这是我青春的信念,也是我的责任. Chuang Tzu said life is like fire.The fire-like Jiahua enterprise shall not go out if

we immediately add a new piece of firewood into it before the previous one

burnt out.Whatever firewood I am, it’s the faith and responsibility of my youth

to burn all out for the glory of Jiahua.
