时间：2011-10-28 地点：上海对外贸易学院 How do I start my busine ? Where I get the ideas to start the company? Just do it I have a great idea, It only a good idea, if you do it , then it is a good idea, so just do it.How I start? I rented a office ,and I bought a table ,a chair ,a telephone.I made three hundrund, one table , one phone , one chair.You can do the same thing , so the idea to star busine is very simple, start it How can you get the fund to start it ? Most of the money come from family members.Every new company have very high risk Some very simple idea can become very good busine.I know a guy who sell water in India ,India have no water ? when you buy this water ,it’s clean ,it’s purify ,it’s better than other water.One of the richest man I know who was over ten billion yuan, makes nuts and bolts(制作螺栓和螺母的)，very simple busine.Many people want to do high-tech busine.Think about the busine that nobody want to be in.I give a lecture one of the schools around here, one woman come to me at the end ,my father is in the reconstitution oil busine ,they take usesd oil ,clean it up and sell it.And she said that what do you think of that ? I think it very dirty , it’s a ugly busine , and it’s great.Because no one wants to do it.So there are million ways to start busine ,we have to just do it.So let me sumerrize for a second How do you get start ? you start it.How dou get the idea ? the idea is from you.Now most of you will not start busine ,most of you will work for somebody else.关于创新

Innovation can change the word.The path to succe ,sometimes succe happens to you ,if you react correctly.I will give s true story ,at one time , I taught at school for two years.(讲述了他的一学生因为喜欢书籍，就开了一家书店, 因为卖了一本好书，使他成为富翁《哈利波特》)

so what’s the point of the story.sometimes , good things happen to good people.So if you doing what you like , maybe something even bad.But it still happens sometimes.because they are doing what they want to do , they are doing what they love.创业需要的品质

Bravery / intellgence /creativity /confident /paionate and talent.These are correct and good ,but it’s not what I looking for.Persistence /Never Never Never give up.The ppt does not matter ,the people matter, so everybody can do PPT, what we looking at? The person.Sometime many of you will be very wealthy ,because you pay attention to this lecture ,and you went out and you went a wonderful company ,and you make a lot of money.So you gonna ask youself ,what is enough ? Not so easy to answer now.
