大家早上好,非常高兴有机会给大家做演讲。我的演讲主要包括四部分,第一做市场计划 第二如何执行市场计划第三如何建立及管理营销团队第四如何成为一个好的营销主管

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.It is my great honor to be given this opportunity to deliver the speech today.Four parts are included in my speech.First, marketing planning;second, implementation of the marketing plans.Third, the set-up and management of marketing team.Last, a perfect marketing executive.The details are as follows.一份好的市场计划应该包括

1、环境分析,通过PEST宏观环境分析以及swot微观环境分析。

2、行业与竞争分析分析目标行业目前的发展状况与竞争态势等来确定行业进入的难度,3、通过对市场消费者行为来细分市场,从而选择目标市场并且分析确定给消费者什么样的印象,4、营销组合策略这主要从4p即产品价格渠道促销

Marketing planning

A perfect market planning should consist of four factors.Marketing environment analysis comes first.Specifically,PEST macro environment analysis and SWOT micro environment analysis.Second, market industry and competition analysis, that is, to figure out the difficulties by analyzing the current state and the competition situation of the target market.Then is customer behavior analysis so as to subdivide and locate the market.Meanwhile, to understand what’s going to impre the customers.Last, marketing mix strategies.4P(product, price, place and promotion)is the key.如何执行市场计划,首先需要把市场计划分解,把任务具体的落实到每个执行人,从而每个营销人员有明确的目标。但是任务的分解应该根据营销人员个人能力,市场容纳能力以及前期销售情况来定。其次,市场计划的执行切记纸上谈兵应该具体到每个每个环节,例如某一促销活动的具体流程:开始结束时间,地点,促销产品类别价格等。

Implementation of the marketing plan.First and foremost, to split up the marketing plan, and aign the task to specific person so that each personnel have a definite goal.Additionally, the division should be based on personal capability, market capacity and previous sales.All is more;the implement should be specific to every aspect rather than acted as an armchair strategist.For example, for a promotion, the plan should include the place, the opening and ending time, the price and so on.Lastly, control should be throughout the whole implement.建立及管理营销队伍首先需要重视销售人员的招聘,在招聘时除了重视营销人员的专业素质之外还应考虑好学、细心、耐心。其次要对销售人员进行培训,培训的内容应包括业务介绍、销售技巧、销售模拟,同时利益沟通尤为重要。最后对销售人员的管理应旨在留住优秀销售人员,这需要有一个利益的环境,即创造多种让员工增加收入的机会以及升职环境。同时还要通过创造学习环境以及员工之间有好的温馨环境。

Marketing team

Above all, recruitment is on the top list.In addition to the marketer’s profeional quality, curiosity, carefulne and patience should also be taken into consideration.Secondly, training should be available subsequently.The content need to cover induction of the work, sales techniques and Sales analog, interest communication in particular.Lastly, the management should be aimed at retaining the superior.This entails an advantageous environment, to be more specific, an environment where more opportunities should be available for the staff to raise their pay and get promoted.Meanwhile, an environment to study and to ensure the friendline between staff is also encouraged.成为一名优秀的营销主管,需要你可以出色的完成前三向的内容。优秀的销售主管,应具有四项基本功能:目标管理,包括目标的分解与落实,协调不同个人部门之间的目标。团队建设,需要培养团队的自主性,思考性,协作性。沟通技巧,需要注意沟通的目的,时机以及根据沟通对象的特点选择适当的方法。有效激励,要注意激励方法的选择,激励制度的确立等.Marketing executive

To be a perfect marketing executive, you should carry out the previous three contents outstandingly.A good marketing executive should poe four basic qualities.First, target management.It involves the split-up, implementation of the target and coordination of different sectors.Second, team construction, which entails to nurture the individuality, creativity and collaboration of the team.Third, Communication skills.It should pay special attention to the aim and opportunity of the communication.Moreover, proper method should be appropriate to the individuality.Last, effective motivation, which requires to choose the proper method, establish the motivation system and so on.To put it in a nutshell, more can be done to achieve effective marketing.That is what I want to say today ,thanks for your attention.
