《1》，中国有句古话叫做，民以食为天，念出现的英文。。（在不切换到下一张的情况下）说引导词，一日三餐的饮食文化在中国和西方世界都占据了重要地位，今天就让我们一起来领略中西方饮食文化的风采吧！（切换。）
《2》下面就让2010级3班为你呈现今天的话题，（再念一下英文就行）
《3》we have divided the topic into 4 parts(念一下：餐具演变，饮食观念，烹饪风格，文化交融)。
《4》Let us walk into the first part, these are the ancient spoons and forks.it’s amazing ,they are found in China and can be traced back to 7000 BC.《5》in the western，they just use hands till 16th century ,and then they are familiar with the knife and fork。BUT ,in this aspect ,they cannot catch up with our Chinese civilization.then I will show you。
《6》IN China the spoons’ shape became simpler and more favorable ,《7》But after a long time of development the knife changed into kitchen knife used by Chinese
chef。（切换）And the most important thing is that the ancient fork was replaced by chopsticks！
《8》 and thus ,we can spare more energy and time to talk and enjoy what we eat。also sitting
around the round table gives us an atmosphere of unity and sharing。Meantime ,in the west ,they still sit around the a long table ,eating separately。And then let’s move into another part---饮食观念（同时切换）
《9》Chinese food vary in its ingredients and flavors ,俗话说“民以食为天，食以味为先”，and
also,we focus on the food Art.(出现照片)this is this is a famous kind of food—carving art ,called “龙凤呈祥”
《10》，but in the west ,they more focus on the nutrition and health ,and they prefer simplified
food ,just like roasted beef.《11》more detailed,we Chinese eat like a vegetarian。And hot ,salty food is popular。but
westernpp loves meat and take it as their main food ,fast food ,canned food are also popular。

by Chinese chef.also they invented many other way s to proce different kinds of food materials:炒，蒸，涮，烘，are very popular ways.《14》on the contrast,westerners have a few ways to cook ,they like the way of frying and
roasting
《15》，then ,lets come to cultural blending.in this new era, we all tend to learn from the
other’s strong points and offset our own weakne.but ,it seems that it’s not easy for the foreigners to master chopsticks.But ，,where there is a will ,there is a way
