Good morning, everyone!Here i am going to talk about dreams.As a Chinese saying goes“A man can be ordinary but should never accept to be mediocre.” All of us are eager for a succeful life, and if we want achieve this, first we must have clear objectives.What really matters in life is not where you are already, but where you want to go.The places where we really want to go are our dreams, which gives us strength to carry on no matter what happens.Goethe said: the most important thing in life is to have a great aim and the determination to achieve it.A journey of a thousand miles, according
to
the Chinese philosopher Confucius,begins with a single step.Dream is the navigation of an action, action is the foundation of a dream.Want to realize a dream? Take an action please!
All the achievers ,no matter in the ancient time or the modern time, from China or other countries , all without exception are brave dreamers and determined the actors.Let’s see some examples.Sima Qian, a Chinese historian, whose life goal was to explore the truth in the changes of human society from the history, experienced a lot humiliating suffering during his life time.Despite all the misfortunes, Sima Qian still finished his historic book-Shiji.Being such a brave dreamer as well as a determined actor, Sima Qian achieved his dream.Wright brothers were world-famous because of their flying dreams.Their dreams started from a funny idea in the childhood-if only i were a bird.Then they made this dream come true with endle efforts.Tu Youyou ,a Chinese scientist ,won the Nobel Prize for medicine, which made her the first Chinese scientist who was awarded by Nobel prize.Without PhD degree or overseas study background, how could Tu Youyou make this happen? The answer is “make a dream , then take an action, then the truth will finally be found through lots of trial and error.”
Here are always excellent people.You guys may still remember our first international graduates, represented by Hou Mengyan, Liao Na.Through hard work, all of them were admitted to the world's top universities;Now, 27 graduates from 2016th are also actively preparing for this, they want to repay their parents and school with more excellent performance.Zhao Jiale, Zhang Xinyue, Zhang Luyue and Xu Yiwen from 2017th have won the chances to be the exchange students in Oklahoma mathematical middle school.Students who just came to STEAM mathematical experimental claes are slso keeping trying hard, determined to win the coming international Olympic competition.They are brave dreamers and determined actors around us.Lin Qingxuan said: ”we want to bloom with all my heart-like a flower’s full bloom-to prove our existence." The whole heart bloom proce is the proce of action, is a proce of realizing a dream.So want to realize a dream? Take an action please!
We are here to get international educated, and get ready for the world.We would go up and down to seek our heart’s desires.Everyone here, we tegether ,let our paion kindle our dreams, let the dreams motivate the actions, let the actions make a brilliant succe!
