Well…teacher is a gloring job in my heart..preschool teachers are totur of the children.i like children ,they are very cute.someone may say,some children now are very naughty.yes, I agree ,but I think they are childlike.you won not be annoyed with them if you can get into their heart.i enjoy staying with them.。

回答；

I think as a preschool teachers.there are four points.first,carefully ,we should observe carefully with their mood.lisening carefully with to their heart.second,patience teaching little children need take infinited patience.when meet problem we should communicate with their panrents and solve the problem.third keep young at heart.teachers need play games with children ,be friends with them.the last,confident,teacher have to be confident in growing of children.园长宋雨涵
