今天，我们相聚在此，举行2013年南共体人力资源研修班 结业典礼。我很高兴今天能够来到这里为大家主持这次结业典礼。In the July of Beijing, we gather together for the Closing Ceremony of 2013 Seminar on Human Resources for Southern African Development Community.I am very delighted to be here to host this Closing Ceremony.现在我宣布，结业典礼正式开始。

Now I declare the start of the Closing Ceremony.首先，请允许我介绍出席本次结业典礼的嘉宾。
