教研员老师:应该更加注意基础知识的巩固与重点词组的强调。
自我反思
我对这堂课的期望是,首先学生可以在有限的时间内将本课的句型以及知识点掌握并会使用,第二通过设置游戏,配音,表演等环节,来围绕我校英语教研组“小组活动”的课题展开试验,与各位老师共同研究探讨本课题在英语教学中如何使用可以达到更好的教学效果;第三,创造轻松愉悦的课堂氛围,消除学生的紧张心理,让他们可以正常发挥出自己的水平。我从视觉入手引导学生进入新课,充分调动了他们的积极性和主动性。等待学生掌握一定知识后,让学生给动画配音,抓住学生学习的兴趣。因为较好的利用了多媒体教学,学生确实融入在了老师创造的愉悦氛围中,在对话表演等小组活动中也表现不错。师生之间的默契以及良好的互动也让本课授课过程十分顺利,每个活动都以小组讨论及合作的形式圆满的得以完成。并且表演活动小组完全没有提前安排,完全是按照学习优秀生与水平较差的学生搭配结组进行得。
但本课中有一些问题有待改进:第一,在讲授新句型句法时,教师仅带读一遍,演示较少,对于水平较低的学生掌握有些困难。第二,在学生操练对话的过程中,对于 be good at 的用法使用不熟练,教师没有利用课堂机智,及时将重点词组反馈到黑板上,以提醒学生。第三,教师过多的依赖多媒体设备,没有进行恰当的板书 对于改进措施的设想:
1、在使用电教多媒体手段,扩大课堂容量,优化课堂结构,激发学生兴趣的同时,不忘传统的黑板教学,突出重点。
2、在创造一种吸引学生的教学情境和气氛,使学生自觉的投入到教学中,主动地去注意,记忆,想象,思维的同时,注意教师演示的火候。
3、为了更活跃的课堂气氛,引导学生主动活动,以一个活动小组为中心,小组对话练习到小组表演比赛,充分调动学生的自主能力,发展和培养学生的创新能力。
现在的英语教材一改过去聋、哑、瘸的缺点,配有更多的插图,加上了更多原汁原味对话式的课文,添上了适应时代的口语练习,都使学生耳目一新,这也给英语教师带来了更高更新的要求。因此,教师的教学方法必须更新,改进。
创设良好的语言环境能激发学生学习的兴趣和说英语的动力。在传授新语言点的时候,把它放在一个良好的语言环境中,学生更加容易理解,也就自然地在特定的情景开口说英语。
情景教学多采用会话形式,教师通过直观的实物教具、简笔画、多媒体教学预先设置一个画面情景,配以简单的英语说明就能使学生很快很容易的理解并掌握相关的单词和句型。不但能使教师在情景中自然的说出新的语言点,学生也能轻松的接受新的知识。
在一堂课中切忌一人唱独角戏,教师一言堂,不给学生说话的机会。在新课标教学中,学生是主体,学生的积极参与是教师是否教好的必要因素。因此,教师设置情景,激发学生的学习兴趣,都是为了让学生产生学习的自觉性,主动性,并不断的鼓励他们,真正的达成教语言,让学生真真切切的使用这门语言的目的。
