Good afternoon everyone, Today I will tell you about the Dalton’s Atomic Theory. It is divided three parts. There are the history of Dalton’s atomic theory, the main points of Dalton’s atomic theory and the three laws.Ok, Now.We begin to learn the first part, the history of Dalton’s atomic theory. At the beginning of human history, people started to think about what matter as and how matter behaves. And it was not until 1808 that the idea of the atomic nature of matter was seriously revived by John Dalton(约翰道尔顿).He suggested that matter is made up of different tiny particles that would remain unchanged during chemical reactions. The theory was supported by experimental evidence. And the second part is the main points of Dalton’s atomic theory. The main points of Dalton’s atomic theory are as follows:(1)All matter is made up of tiny, indivisible particles called atoms.(2)Atoms can neither be created nor destroyed.(3)Atoms of the same element are identical and have the same ma and chemical properties.(4)Atoms of different elements are different, having different maes and different chemical properties.(5)Atoms of different elements combine to form a compound, the number of atoms combined bearing a simple a whole number ratio to each other. The last part is the three laws. The atoms theory was verified by three fundamental laws of chemistry. The three laws are:(1)the law of conservation of ma.(2)the law of definite proportions.(3)the law of multiple.Do you understand? Ok!Very good! This cla is over,Thank you!
