2、学生课前准备：

（1）学生预习新单词，根据音标正确发音。（2）学生预习对话，初步了解对话大意。

（3）学生用百度搜索收集愚人节起源的知识，了解西方民间节日愚人节的由来。

（4）记录预习案中遇到的问题，待课堂上讨论、探究。二．教学课题

Leon 22 April Fool’ １、知识与技能

（1）认读：新单词：April Fools’, fool , joke , yourselves , trick.新短语：play a joke on, Wait a minute!.掌握：新单词：joke , yourselves , 做到发音准确、清晰；会用。

新句型Do you know what that means , Brain ？

Let’s play a joke on someone today.There’s Danny now.（2）熟练运用新句型与同桌进行相互问答。

（3）能够了解愚人节的起源及西方国家如何过愚人节。（4）能够根据多媒体课件听对话，正确理解对话； ２、过程与方法

（1）能够通过师生说、听录音体验交际式英语教学的一般过程，掌握英语说 听的基本方法。

（2）能够通过阅读，讲解重点句型方法掌握阅读方法与技巧。

（3）能够仔细倾听老师和同学的发言，有语言表达和同学交流的愿望。

3、情感态度与价值观

（1）激发和保持学生英语学习的动机，实现“趣能”两得。

（2）在学生两两交流和小组合作交流中，培养孩子合作意识和协作精神，能够相互配合完成一段通顺流畅的说话训练。

三．教材分析

本课是冀教版八年级英语（下）第22课，本课将学习五个生词，通过阅读对话，理解难句，学习愚人节的起源，了解西方文化知识。

教学重点：

1、学习愚人节的起源，正确认识这一西方节日。

2、对话中含有宾语从句复合句的正确理解。

教学难点：宾语从句复合句的正确使用。四．教学方法

1、歌曲图片,视屏激趣，学生通过听一首英语歌和愚人节图片的欣赏，进入本课的学习，会产生浓厚的兴趣。

2、听读，学生通过听读本课语言材料，在完成课标要求的基础上训练听说能力，积累和丰富英语词汇和句式；培养阅读能力。

3、合作探究，了解异域文化，学会整理。
