Teaching materials analyzing and rearranging: 1.教案背景:本单元以电影为话题,从学生实际生活出发,谈学生的愿望和喜好和对电影的看法,以及对电影的了解。每个学生都有自己喜欢的明星或偶像,可以此为突破口,学习电影更多的知识。2.教材分析
本单元以 “Do you want to go to a movie?” 为话题, 共设计了三个部分的内容。计划五课时完成。本节课主要学习Section A部分,第一课时,所以快速有效的导入新课就显得特别重要。第一模块围绕“Do you want to go to a movie?” 这一话题展开思维(1a)、听力(1b)、口语(1c)训练;主要让学生认识电影的种类,谈自己喜欢的电影类型。someone likes and dislikes”,以小组活动形式展开游戏讨论。

Teaching procedures & ways: Step 1.Warming-up
In this procedure, ask students to learn the names of different kinds of movies.Show a picture or flashcard about Liang Chaowei to students on the blackboard and ask: T: Do you know who it is in the picture? S: Liang Chaowei.T: Liang Chaowei has many movies.This is his new movie HERO
(Write “movie” on the blackboard.Make sure they understand the meanings of it.)T:(Pointing to the picture)This is an action movie.(Write “action movie” on the blackboard.)T: Do you know Mr bean? S: Yes, we do.T: He is a comedy actor.(Write “comedy” under “action movie”.Go on with “documentary” and “thriller” in a similar way.)T: Tomorrow is Saturday.Do you want to go to a movie? S: Yes, I do.I want to see an action movie.T: Do you want to go to a movie tomorrow? S: Yes, I do.I want to see a comedy.Encourage students to go on practicing in this way.Step 2.Match work(1a)In 1a, students will learn the names of some kinds of movies and learn to ask and talk about what kind of movies they want to go to see.T: How many kinds of movies do you know now? What are they?
S: We have four kinds of movies.They are action movies, comedies, documentaries and thrillers.T: Look at the words on the left.We have four words about movies.Please read them.And we have four posters marked with a, b, c and d.Try to match the words and pictures.Encourage or help the students to say something about the posters and do the match work.T: What kind of movie is it in poster b? S: It’s a thriller.T: Write “b” on the line next to the word “thriller”.Do you understand? …

Then ask students to listen to the recording and circle the words they hear in 1a.T: You are going to hear a conversation.In the conversation, the people are talking about the movies.Please listen carefully as you look at the words in activity 1a.You’ll have to circle the movies you hear in 1a.Play the tape.Then check the answers.Ask the students to listen again and repeat after the recording.Step 4.Pair work(1c)Ask students to practice the conversation and make their own conversation.T: Among all the movies, which do you want to see? 本节课以口语练习为主,听力为辅,读写跟上。重视了学生小组学习和合作意识,学生能较容易的接受新知识,了解电影的种类。为后面深入学习做好铺垫。美中不足的是缺乏相应的笔头练习,今后要注意。
