准备：乌龟和兔子，鼓，鸟，鱼，兔
过程：
一、Prologue T：“Hello, everyong!”,“Goodmorning”
Clap you hands（师做快慢动作）
二、Story T：“who is coming? ” C:：“It is a rabitter”
T：“who is coming? ” C:：“It is a tortoise”
T：today, rabitter and tortoise will have a run match，gue，who will win ？（两个配班老师扮演情境）Who is winner？
why？
Rabitter is Quickly，tortoise is Slowly（师带领幼儿边说边做相应动作）
三、play a game T：“listen to me ”师敲鼓，幼儿跟做动作。师边敲边发出“Quickly、Slowly”的指令，幼儿做动作。
师敲鼓，幼儿说出“Quickly、Slowly” 的指令。
请个别幼儿上前听师口令表演“Quickly、Slowly”。
Bird fly: fly Quickly、fly Slowly Rabitter skip: skip quickly, skip slowly Fish swim: swim quickly, swim slowly 师边发出口令边做动作，幼儿模仿做动作并大声说出“Quickly、Slowly”
请个别幼儿上前听口令表演。
