1、完成对以前所教的部分水果、饮料等食物类的单词的复习工作。

2、完成对新课的教学任务，主要是新词汇及句型。

3、在教学中进一步提升学生学习英语的兴趣，提高他们的听说读写表演等技能，增进学生彼此之间的合作与交流。

4、提高学生综合人文素养，形成跨文化意识，增进国际理解，弘扬爱国主义精神。《新课标》强调学习过程，重视语言学习的实践性和应用性。Step1 中我完成了对以前所学内容的复习及预热。我在设计的 Step2、Step3、Step4 中通过生生互动，师生集体互动，师生个体互动等方法，通过听说读的形式，让学生把知识逐渐变成自己的语言，灵活运用，以学生为主体，充分发挥孩子们的自主性，培养他们的兴趣。《新课标》强调英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。工具性是指要培养学生基本英语素养和发展学生思维能力，人文性是指学生通过英语课能够开拓视野，丰富生活经历，形成跨文化意识等等。我在 Step5 中练习 2 用游戏的方式教学生了解中西方饮食文化，重点是中国与美国饮食文化的差异，借此拓宽学生的视野，认识世界的多样性。此外，在教学中我采用了小组合作，借助多媒体提高学生学习兴趣，通过游戏活跃课堂气氛，分角色扮演课文对话，制作单词卡片帮助学生识记单词等等方法，极大提高了教学效益，让学生增加了对英语学习的兴趣，增进了同学之间的合作与交流。缺点也是显而易见的。《新课标》强调由于学生各个方面存在的差异，具有不同的学习要求和学习特点，教师在教学中要面向全体学生，要考虑全体学生的发展需求。但是由于我们是大班制，所以在教学中不免有少部分学生是我很难照顾到的，在各种活动中都不难发现有些同学很怕开口或是不开口，这将是以后我要努力消灭的现象。英语教学要求为学生创设一个良好的语言环境，营造英语文化氛围，虽然在教学中我努力让学生看着一张张食物图片练习口语，但事后我想：如果能够把教室布置成餐厅，让学生们成为餐厅的顾客或是服务员，效果应该比现在更好，这不能不说是一个最大的遗憾。还有，如果能用多媒体创设关于本课教学的动画，而不是只用图片，学生学习的乐趣会更高。
