一、说教材。

所教授的内容是小学英语EEC四年级下第七单元 Where’s the Post Office? 第二课时 核心语言操练。这个单元讲授的内容是有关问路和邮寄包裹时的对话。本节课的教学任务就是如何操练相关的词汇和句型,将知识有效的运用在实际的生活中。

二、教学目标

知识目标:掌握认读词汇:bookstore, restaurant, post office, hospital, supermarket

掌握运用句型:-Where’s the post office?

-It’s over there.-May I help you?

-I want to send this to...-How long does it take?

-It takes about 3 days.能力目标:可以在实际中简单的问路和指路。掌握邮寄信件的知识,解决实际的问题。

三、教学重点、难点

词汇: bookstore, restaurant, post office, hospital, supermarket

句型:

-Where’s the post office?-It’s over there.-May I help you?-I want to send this to...-How long does it take?-It takes about 3 days.四、学习背景和教学方法

四年级的学生已经有了储备了一些英语知识,可以进行简答的语言交流。对于邮局这一场景,学生们比较熟悉,但大部分的学生没有在邮局邮寄的经历,这些都为进一步学习提供了基础。

本节课中,我创设了街道这一情景,并且始终围绕这一情景开展教学,让学生们在较真实的语言环境中,交流对话,从而让语言更加丰富。

教学流程:

Part 1: Greeting: T: Hello, boys and girls.Are you ready? S: Yes.T: First, let’s sing a song, OK?
