在本节课中,针对口语进行形成性评价,对于准备不充分或一次表演不理想的学生,不应立即给他们评出较低的等级,可再给他们一次“说”的机会。要特别关注那些学习有困难的学生,可由教师或者口语好的学生帮助他们做好准备,帮助他们获得成功,使整个口语评价过程成为一个“激励—提高—再激励—再提高”的良性循环过程。因此,初中英语口语评价不能以分数作为评价学生的唯一标准,而应以培养能力、提高素质为基点,借助口语评价,给学生的学习活动以适时和恰当的激励,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,提高他们学习的积极性,使他们敢于大胆开口说英语,初步培养运用语言进行交际的能力。
在教学过程中,布置作业是教师检查教学效果和获得信息反馈的一个重要手段,而批改作业则是教师在课后与作为个体的学生进行信息和情感交流的有效方式。这时作业批语就是一种好的评价,批语内容所蕴涵的情感意义,从某种角度来看,会直接影响学生的学习情绪。好的作业批语应该生动活泼、热情洋溢,表扬有针对性;幽默风趣,委婉动情,批评有艺术性;关注后进生,批语注意连续性。
