这几天不知道怎么了？我的牙忽然疼了起来，真要人命啊！俗话说“牙痛不是病，疼起来要人命。”

I don't know what happened these days? My teeth suddenly hurt. It's killing! As the saying goes, “toothache is not a disease. It will kill people if it hurts.”

经过这几天我上网查找和问爸爸妈妈牙痛是什么原因？终于知道了我为什么会牙痛，那是因为我上火了！都怪我平时吃太多火气重的垃圾食品，还有就是我刷牙的时候没有刷干净。现在好了吧，我现在不能吃东西了。我真后悔当初吃了太多垃圾食品和牙没有刷干净，导致了我现在的下场。

I usually eat too much hot junk food, and I didn't brush my teeth clean. Now, I can't eat now. I really regret that I ate too much junk food and didn't brush my teeth, which led to my end now.

最后，我奉劝你们，千万不要吃那些火气重的垃圾食品，还有刷牙的时候要仔细，不能随便刷刷。如果你们不想牙痛的话，就听听我的话吧！
