共享单车停放在公交站台、地铁出入口、行人和机动车道、小区绿化带、盲道等问题日益突出。本来就是一个老大难的交通问题，应当如何管理?市容城建部门又该如何监管?如果尺度过大过死，可能会被诟病因噎废食，影响新的经济形态的发展，就如同当年的专车那样;如果放任不管，有一天某一个街道会被废铜烂铁的单车占据，有一天交通会被无序行驶的单车阻塞。
