全长2.2公里的“楚河”贯穿文化区东西，是文化区的“灵魂”，总长1.5公里的“汉街”是文化区的“眼睛”。拥有最丰富的商业内容，最多的时尚流行品牌，被誉为“中国第一商业街”，在这里一定能买到您喜爱的品牌。汉街上的建筑物大多是民国风格，与当前的时尚风格和欧洲风格建筑。汉街的主体采用民国建筑风格，红灰相间的清水砖墙、精致的砖砌线脚、乌漆大门、铜质门环、石库门头、青砖小道、仿古木漆窗户，置身其中仿佛时光倒流了上百年。
