longer enjoy the salary and benefits stipulated.7本合同自受聘方到职之日起生效，聘请届满即自行失效。如一方要求延长聘期，必须在本合同期满之前向对方提出，经双方协商确认后，再另行签定延长聘期合同。

按照新《交通法》的要求，切实做到“安全第一、预防为主”，确保行车安全，为提高车队经济效益和社会效益，树立优质文明服务的风尚，共创***客运车队的美好未来，经甲、乙双方共同协商，达成如下协议：
一、驾驶员职责
1、凡应聘的驾驶员必须具有四年以上大客驾驶经验，无安全事故记录，并且取得车辆所属单位的内部准驾证和上级主管部门核发的驾驶证、从业资格证，经本车队考试合格方能应聘为本车队驾驶员，并经车属单位考试合格后才能驾驶本车队车辆。
2、凡应聘的驾驶员必须遵守车队的有关规定，端正思想，要以***车队兴衰为荣耻，以主人翁的思想对待车队工作。对那些不听车队安排、危害车队利益的，车队有权终止其合同。
3、乙方必须要认真学习《交通法》，并严格遵守《交通法》，不违法、不违规操作，要具有高度的安全意识和责任感，集中思想开好车。

纠纷一案聘请上海市律师事务所（以下简称乙方）的律师出庭代理，经双方协商，达成协议如下，以共同遵照履行：
一、乙方接受甲方的委托，指派

律师、律师（以下简称承办律师）为甲方的一、二审、执行代理人。
二、代理权限：
代理权限：（特别授权）代为起诉；代为承认、变更、放弃诉讼请求、申请撤诉；代为出庭应诉；代为调查、提供证据；进行和解，调解；提起反诉、上诉；代收代签法律文书；代为申请执行；代收执行款；代为进行执行和解等。
三、承办律师必须认真负责，依法维护甲方合法权益。如因故不能出庭，乙方应指定其他律师接管，并于事前征得甲方同意。
四、甲方必须真实地向承办律师叙述案情，提供本案有关证据，乙方接受委托后，发现甲方捏造事实，弄虚作假，有权终止代理，所收取费用不予退还。
五、律师费支付办法：本合同签订之后三日内日支付两万元律师费。后期律师费按照以下方式办理：如诉继续履行合同，则判决生效并且房屋过户至甲方名下后，甲方支付三万元，违约金部分按照百分之三十计算律师费；
