填数学的时候，思路想休息的时候，就想想，你是一个被打击过的人，别再让数学拖你分了，它没有那个资格！记住记住，填的时候，你的思维一定要悦动起来，绝对不要发呆，因为你一发呆，时间肯定不够的。同时，填了那么多次卷子，记住，三分钟内没有解决的，马上跳过，不要再重蹈覆辙，导致后面的没有时间填或者填的匆忙丢的分比捡回来的分还要多，真是得不偿失。
还有一个，你知道你上次数学败得灰头土脸的重要原因是什么嘛？你的计算。明明可以口算的题，你却一定要在草稿纸上写，何必呢？相信自己。你的心算能力还是不差的，不要被数学打败，不要因为数学不好就否定了自己的心算能力，因为我知道，每次你在心算的'时候，你的心情都是悦动的，你的心情都是非常好的，因为我知道，每次你心算的时候，你都是主动学习的，而不是被动地学习，同样，你在心算的时候，你的脑子转的特别快，你不觉得吗？因此，不要连非常简单的12×13还要笔算，真的浪费时间，而且还不知不觉中让你思维死了。
紧接着，你可以选择先做大题，因为你更喜欢做大题，因为你喜欢很有规律的开始，草率地结束，而大题要求的是书面，因此，我允许你先做大题。不要再去关心时间，也不要再因旁边的人刷刷的笔声而心慌，你一慌，你的思路就没了。你只要保证你的正确率和效率，你就不会输，因为，其实在整个年级，大家的水平几乎都是一样的，唯一不一样的，就是在考试的时候的心态还有心情，因此，不要怀疑自己的能力，不是别人让你慌，而是你给别人安全感。
接着，不要糊涂。真的不要糊涂，不要明明想着这一道题，却马上地想要跳过进入第二道题！
