大家好！我演讲的题目是《交通规则生命法则》，我们生活的年代再不是牛车马车吱吱呀呀的年代了，取而代之的是道路上行驶的一辆辆车汇聚成的钢铁长龙，因而发生交通事故的机率，也大大的增加了。中国拥有约占世界2%的汽车，而交通死亡事故却占全世界的15%，20xx年全国共发生道路交通事故265204起，造成73484人死亡、304919人受伤，直接财产损失10。1亿元。交通事故无论对自己、对家人、对社会，都是一种损失，而精神上的伤害更是难以用数字衡量。
我们小学生活泼好动，自控能力差，遇意外情况很容易惊惶失措，这就极其容易发生交通事故。所以从现在起我们要认真学习交通法规，养成良好的交通安全意识，自觉遵守交通规则，避免交通事故的发生。
让我们一起来了解一些基本的交通常识。
首先步行时要在人行道上行走，其次在过马路时一定要走人行横道，还有红灯停绿灯行这些最基本的交通规则，正是保障我们交通安全的最有效的生命法则。
下面我想谈一下怎样预防交通事故的发生。第一，我们在横过马路的时候，一定要遵循一停、二慢、三通过。就是说先要停下来，再看一看左右，没有来车或者来车距离自己比较远再迅速通过。其实等一下也耽搁不了多少时间，但如果莽撞的横穿公路，一但发生事故可能就要耽搁你一辈子。
第二就是有的同学在马路上骑自行车、溜滑板，我们这个年龄阶段，对时间和空间的估计不好，，对车子的控制能力，自身的力量都有限。因此骑自行车严禁搭人，骑车不能左右摇摆，不能双手脱把，行路有行路的规则不能想怎么骑就怎么骑。不准并行，相互追逐或曲折行驶，转弯要向后了望，伸手示意，下陡坡要下车推行等等。最重要的是我们一定要遵循靠右通行的原则。
第三就是有的同学喜欢踢足球、打篮球，放学的路上也在踢、也在打，并且完全不顾周围来往的车辆，冲到路上捡丢掉的球，还有的同学在马路上打闹、互相追赶，这些都非常危险。

大家早上好！我演讲的题目《交通安全记心中》。在开始我的演讲之前，我想先问大家一个问题，4月30日快到了，你知道4月30日是什么节日吗？为唤起人们关注交通事故正在夺去大量生命这一事实，我国把每年的4月30日定为全国交通安全反思日。就是希望，有更多的公民来关注交通安全，反思以往的行路驾车的陋习，认真审视并改正不文明的交通习惯，把宝贵生命从无情的车祸中解救出来，尊重人的生存价值和生存权利。
随着经济的日益发展，马路上车辆川流不息的景象随处可见。然而由于有些人交通安全意识的淡薄，在车水马龙的马路上，上演了一幕幕不可挽回的悲剧。当你看到一个个鲜活的生命消失于车轮之下，当你发现一阵阵欢声笑语淹没在尖锐的汽笛声中，当你面对那些触目惊心的场景时，能不感到痛心疾首吗？20xx年，公安部曾统计公布过，我国中小学生交通死亡人数高达4104人，占总数的3。9%；受伤人数为19196人，占总数的3。88%。据美国高速公路交通安全委员会统计表明，交通事故是造成4至14岁儿童非故意伤害的主要原因。孩子的交通安全，直接关系到个人成才，家庭幸福，以及社会的文明、进步、发展。而导致悲剧发生的一个重要原因，就是我们欠缺安全防卫知识，自我保护能力差，在此我代表四、一班全体学生向全体师生发出倡议：1、我们要认真学习交通安全的法律法规，遵守交通规则，加强安全意识，树立交通安全文明公德；

下午好！今天我要讲主题是：珍爱生命，安全出行。
说起道路交通安全，我们便不能不提到道路交通事故。当目睹过事故现场惨不忍睹的受害者尸体和抛洒在路上的滩滩血迹，听到过受害者或受害者家属痛苦的的哭声，每当此时，你心里会觉得难受吗？
人们都说，交通事故猛于虎。可是老虎再凶，也只能一口吃掉一个人，而交通事故则会一口吞噬几个甚至几十个人的生命。现在我向大家介绍一组数字：去年，世界交通事故死亡人数达50万人，其中中小学生占了10万多。而我国交通事故死亡人数则无法谦虚地排在了世界第一。我国每年交通事故死亡人数都在10万多人，平均每天死亡达300人，这真是一个比战争还无情，还残酷的数字。山西某900多个学生在公路上晨跑时，一辆大东风货车向学生横冲直撞过来，造成21名师生死亡，18人受伤。当时公路上躺满了遇难学生的尸体。江西省星子县一辆大货车掉下山崖，22人当场死亡。江西省某高速公路一辆大客车翻车10人死亡。这一连串触目惊心的数字背后，这一起起惨烈的事故背后，有多少家庭失去了亲人，有多少欢乐变成了悲剧，有多少幸福化为乌有。在每一起交通事故背后，是一个个家庭失去了顶梁柱，是一个个白发人送走了黑发人，是一个个孩子与父母阴阳两隔。
再来看一些交通事故：比如，20xx年6月份我镇黄洞某小学的一名学生在中午放学时，骑自行车横过马路被迎面而来的泥头车当场撞死。20xx年11月份，在油甘埔某小学读书的一名学生，他的家长用电单车载他上学时，在上学路上冲红灯被货车撞死。20xx年12月份，在五联某小学读书的一名学生，在星期六放假期间，骑单车上路在排沙围路口被公共汽车当场撞死。过了三天，凤岗某中学的一名学生在上学的路上被一辆货车当场撞死。还有今年3月份，一名十三岁的孩子用摩托车载着他的妈妈发生车祸成了植物人，到现在还躺在医院，而且由于是无证驾驶，责任全在他，一分钱也赔不到。
是导致我们道路交通事故频频发生？据交通警察调查统计，在所有的交通事故中，除极少数属意外原因造成，75%以上的事故是驾驶员或行人的人为因素造成的。引发事故的主要原因有无证驾车、超载、超速行驶、疲劳驾车、酒后驾车、强行超车、行人不守交通规则等。
综观这么多起交通事故，我们不难发现，我国交通事故频发的根本原因，就是人们不珍惜生命，不遵守规则。生命对于一个人来说，只有一次，应该爱护，应该珍惜。出入平安，这是大家都希望的所求心。然而，很多人却为图方便或为了眼前的利益而违反交通法规。殊不知，许多交通事故的发生往往源于某些不经意的违法行为。在他们当中，有一部分是对交通法规不甚了解，对安全常识掌握不多，有一些人是抱着侥幸心理，明知原故犯的。所以学习和遵守交通法是每一个人珍惜自己和他人生命，使交通秩序安全有序所以必须履行的义务。有人比喻，道路交通法规是用亲人的泪水，死者的血泊，伤者的呻吟和肇事者的悔恨挽来的。然而，社会上有些人却不愿学习，要他学也想学，而等到付出了金钱，鲜血或生命的代价才开始后悔当初没有学习交通法规。可是，结果连生命也没有了，后悔的资格也没有了。不遵守交通规则，就是不珍惜自己的生命。
一些到过国外的人，在谈到交通秩序时，就会情不自禁地说，外国的交通秩序真好。我虽然没能亲身感受过国外良好的交通秩序，可我在一篇文章中读到这样一个事例：一位外国司机半夜驾车回家，途径一：红绿灯处见红灯闪亮司机规规距距停车等候，尽管当时这条偏僻的路上已是空无一人，也没有其它车辆，当时同车的一位中国人对此很不解。外国司机都说：既然是交通规则，那我们就应该任何时候，任何地方都要遵守。两相对比，我们不难发现，为什么在汽车保有量只占世界1.9%的中国，事故死亡人数却占了世界的20%。
为了改变我们交通事故频发的状况，建立安全、文明畅通有序的交通秩序，国家交通有关部门也采取了许多有效措施。去年5月1日，实施《道路交通安全法》，从去年下半年开始，全国各地交通警察开展了交通安全宣传五进活动。中小学生是道路交通行为的弱势群体，大家在参与交通的过程中，怎样保障自己的人身安全呢？
首先，我们都来反省一下我们自己或身边同学的交通行为，是否曾经有过不遵守交通规则的行为，是否曾因自己不安全的交通行为而给自己带来过一些伤害。同学们，你们当中很多人每天好几趟往返于学校和家庭之间，途中又大多要走马路，不管步行也好，骑自行车也好，总要避让来往的车辆。但是，你们当中有些人交通安全意识不强或缺乏交通安全常识。想想看，当你们走在马路上时，是不是有同学追追打打？是不是有同学边走边看书？是不是有同学随意横穿公路？是不是还有同学骑自行车时喜欢显示自己的本领，故意双手离把或单手骑车？
当你们在马路上追打嘻闹或随意横穿公路时，你们是否意识到灾难会随时降临呢？
我们平常骑车或走路、总免不了要横过马路，但在横过马路时，一定要看看左右来往的车辆，要确认安全之后再横过，在有人行横道或过街天桥或地下通道的地方，一定要走人行横道或过街设施。千万不能因抢时间，抢速度而随意横穿。
现在，我教大家学习三大本领：一会走路、二会骑车、三会乘车（这三个会的含义就是要保障自己的人身安全）
1、走路时，要走人行道或在路边行走，过马路时，左右看，红灯停、绿灯行，不乱跑、不随意横穿，不在马路上追逐打闹、不攀爬栏杆，遵规矩、保生命。
2、乘车时，等车停稳先下后上；坐车时不要把身体的任何部分伸出窗外，也不要向车外乱扔东西。
3、不要搭乘超载车，如摩托、拐的等。更不要坐农用车，尤其是人货混装车。
4、12岁以下不要骑车。骑车时要靠右走，车速不能过快，更不能双手离把，不逆行，不要骑英雄车。自行车后座不能载人，骑车拐弯时要伸手示意。
5、在道路上遇到突发事件，要立即就去找大人帮忙。
6、遇到交通事故，拨打122或110报警电话，同伴被车撞倒，要记下撞人车辆的车牌号，车身颜色或其它特征。
