报账员

1、每月按时根据经严格核对的员工考勤表制作员工工资表,提交到公司财务处。

2、负责保管所属服务中心的备用金,登记收付明细帐。

3、负责所属服务中心的报账、核算和财务分析工作。

4、做好服务中心固定资产(包括视同固定资产)的登记工作。

人事专员

1、 根据国家、政府及公司的有关规定,办理员工的入职离职、工作调动以及劳动合同管理、人事档案等劳动人事管理工作。

2、 负责打印、整理、归档和保存服务中心的相关人事文件,以达到对人力资源资料的有效管理。

3、 协助公司人力资源处完成员工用工手续和社会保险的申报、停保工作。

4、 负责基层员工的考勤登记,核对各部门的考勤统计表和工资报表的员工工资变动情况。

5、 负责所在服务中心工伤员工的工伤申报、资料收集整理等工作。
