项目经理职责

Responsibility of the Project Manager

(1)贯彻执行国家有关法律、法规、方针、政策和强制性标准,执行公司的管理制度,维护公司和业主的合法权益。

(1)Implement the relevant national laws, regulations, policies,guidelines and mandatory standards and carry out the management system of the company and maintain the lawful rights and interests of the company and Employer.(2)代表公司组织实施本项目管理工作,对实现项目管理的目标负责。

(2)Organize to implement the management of the Project on behalf of the company and be in charge of the objective for the realization pf project management.(3)组织编制项目执行计划,明确项目的总目标和阶段目标,并将目标分开给项目管理人员,使项目按照总目标的要求进行。(3)Organize to prepare the project implementation plan and define the general objective and stage objective of the project and divide the objectives to the project managers to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the requirement of the general objective.(4)在授权范围内负责与业主、承包商及其他有关人员的协调,解决项目中出现的问题。(4)Be in charge of the coordination with the Employer , Contractor and other personal concerned of the project within the scope of authority to solve problems occurring during the project proce.(5)主持项目部的工作,组织制定项目的各项管理制度,对项目实施全过程进行组织、协调和控制。

(5)Preside over the work of the Project Department and organize to formulate various management systems of the project and conduct the organization , coordination and control of the whole proce of the project implement.(6)按公司管理体系文件的要求,对项目全过程进行质量控制,以达到业主满意。

(6)Conduct quality control in accordance with the requirements of the management system documents of the Company to the satisfaction of the Employer.(7)经授权组建项目管理部,确定项目管理的组织机构,选择、聘用项目管理部人员,确定项目管理部人员的职责。

(7)Establish the Project Management Department after authorization and determine the institutional framework of the project management, select and hire personnel of the Project Management Department and determine the responsibility of them.(8)在合同范围内有权使用公司的相关资源,并取得有关部门的支持。(8)Be entitled to use the relevant resource of the Company and obtain the support of relevant departments within the scope of the contract.(9)负责组织编制项目管理规划、工作计划及月报。

(9)Be in charge of organizing to prepare the project management planning , work plan and monthly report.(10)负责涉及工程费用、工期的设计变更、洽商的审批。(10)Be in charge of the approval of the design alteration and negotiation involving engineering cost and construction period.(11)工程竣工后,组织竣工验收、竣工结算等工作,组织编制竣工报告和工程决算报告。

(11)Organize completion acceptance and settlement after the engineering completion and organize to prepare the completion report and the final report of the engineering.(12)组织对项目实施工程中的文件、资料进行归档。

(12)Organize the filing of documents and data during the project implementation.(13)主持做好项目的后期服务工作,使业主满意。

(13)Preside over the service work at the later period the project to the satisfaction of the Employer.(14)支持项目工作会议,签发项目经理部的文件和指令;组织编写和签发项目月报、管理工作阶段报告、专项报告和项目工作总结。(14)Preside over the working conference of the project and iue the documents and instructions of the Project Management Department;organize to prepare and iue the monthly report of the project,the interim report for the management ,special report and work summary of the project.(15)负责制定项目资金的使用与支付,审定签署承包单位的工程支付申请;

(15)Be in charge of the approval the use and the payment of project fund and approval and signing of the application for funds payment from the Contracting Organization;(16)配合政府有关部门稽查、财政评审、审计和项目后评价工作。(16)Coordinate the relevant government departments with the inspection, financial evaluation,audit and post project evaluation.(17)对重大事项的处理提出处理意见和建议。

(17)Propose handing opinions and suggestion for major events.4
