Good moring,everyone.I’m very glad to see you and warmly welcome you to join us.My name is Amy and I’m responsible for HR affairs.What I’d like to do today is to give you some general information about our company organization.My presentation will be divided into two parts.Firstly,we will run briefly through the history and culture of the company.Secondly,I’ll tell you something about the company structure.The presentation will last about five minutes.If you have any questions,just interrupt me as I go along.Ok,let’s start with the first part.Meorient is one of the first companies who are engaged in service trade in china.It was established in 1994 by Li Huiyan.Headquarter in Shanghai.At present,Meorient has set up branches in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chongqing.It has a staff of more than 3,000, with an annual revenue of20 million yuan.Meorient undertakes series of services to promote trade.It’s main busine includes international Exhibition, E-commerce, newspapers & magazine, busine consultancy.our core values are Supremacy of customers, teamwork, creation and building up brand.Serving the world, trading in the global market are our managing concept.With the growing busine,company structure has changed several times.Now,we adopt multidivisional structure.It has four functional departments,they
are HR Department,Finance & Statistic
Department,Strategy Development Department and Administration Department.Their tasks are supporting the senior leaders to make decision and optimizing the allocation of resources among the divisions,According to the types of busine,we set up four divisions,they are Exhibition & Event Services, E-commerce services, Media services and Busine Consulting service.They have limited management and production rights.Your direct leaders will tell you the specific tasks.That’s all what I want to say, I hope that this brief introduction can help you gain a better understanding of the company and fit into the new environment quickly.Thanks for your time.
