Good afternoon everyone,now let me introduce the situation of our Planning Department.It is the year that our department take part in project implementation.Under the care of general manager and project manager,we grow rapidly and work efficiently.In this year,we finished the work as follows:

I.Project inplementation

The project is vital since I came to the company.We maily responsible for marketing research ,welcoming and greeting clients,planning and implementing the copywriter.II.Individual learning and improvement

First,apart from the work we should do,we also study the situation in market by doing researches in different districts or attending a fashion show.So we know well the trendency of fashion as well as the policies of cloting industry.Then,we stick to writing profeional project articles to improve writing skills and the ability of logical thinking.Conclusion

Looking back the work in 2011,our department change the attitude to work and make progre in specilizd field than those in 2010.But there

are still something to improve:strengthen work initiative and improve the ability of communicating and expreing constantly.Next year’s plans
