英语津贴管理制度
Effective date: Objective目的The policy is made for active the enthusiasm of service English learning,for enrich the capacity of spoken language and the service quality 为了调动酒店员工学习旅游饭店英语的积极性,增强员工口语交流能力,提高员工英语水平,提升酒店服务质量,特制定本制度。Policy内容
1.conditions适用条件
the staff who meets all the conditions as following could apply for the allowance: 本制度适用于满足以下所有条件的员工;1)regular on job staff who paed the probation period 转正后的在职,在岗正式员工
2)staff who meet the position needs with high potential 酒店批准的符合工位需求,具备发展潜力的员工 3)staff who are approved by the hotel to attend the service English exam organized by Beijing tourism bureau and acquired the certificate during working for the hotel 就职于本酒店期间,参加北京旅游委组织的北京旅游饭店英语等级考试并取得了相应证书的员工。
2.allowance 津贴标准
the English allowance is set for three levels according to the different level of the certificates 英语津贴根据所获得等级证书级别分别设定为三个等级:
1)RMB100/month/pax for whom hold the service English certificate of intermediate level 津贴100元/月/人(持《北京旅游饭店英语初级证书》者)2)RMB150/month/pax for whom hold the service English certificate of intermediate level 津贴150元/月/人(持《北京旅游饭店英语中级证书》者)
3)RMB300/month/pax for whom hold the service English certificate of advanced level 津贴300元/月/人(持《北京旅游饭店英语高级证书》者)
3.procedure 操作流程
1)registration报考办法
the regular staff can select an appropriate level according to one’s own situation and the job’s needs after paed the probation period and apply to HR at least 1 month in advance paed the probation period.the staff can go to the designed spot on time to register and take the exam after HR approved the application.酒店正式员工转正后,视岗位需求及个人情况,选择合适的等级,提前一个月向人力资源部提出考试申请,经审核通过后,员工可在制定日期到制定地点进行注册报考并参加考试。2)application申请津贴
the staff who acquired the service English certificate should fill the allowance application form with the approved duplication of exam register application form and both the originao and the copy of service English certificate as attachment to HR department for checking.酒店员工考取《北京旅游饭店英语等级证书》后,填写津贴申请表,并附上经酒店批准的报考申请复印件,《北京旅游饭店英语等级证书》原件及复印件报备人力资源部,以便核实登记 3)distribution津贴发放
the English allowance will be distributed according to the monthly staff attendance record.any kind of leaves apart from national puclic holidays and annual leave,will cause a payment differ of the allowance.英语津贴的发放根据员工每月出勤天数这算发放。除法定节假日及年假外,其他任何形式的休假都将影响津贴的发放。
The initial distribution date of the English allowance is according to the effective date which is shown on the approved English allowance application form 首次英语津贴的发放日期以经酒店签批的《英语津贴申请表》上的生效日期为准
The English allowance will be distributed with each month salary.the related tax will be charged by the staff.英语津贴每月将与当月工资一同发放。所产生的相应部分个人所得税由员工本人承担
4)Re-check符合办法:
In order to ensure the continuity and utility of staff’s English level,the English allowance is based on dynamical management.for whom have been already take the allowance over 1 year,should apply and pa the re-check test held by HR for take the English allowance for the second year.酒店对英语津贴实施动态管理办法,为了保证员工英语水平的持续性和应用性,对于申领英语津贴每满一年者,须按时参加并通过酒店组织的英语等级复核考试后方可获得再次申领次年英语津贴的资格。
The content of the re-check test organized by the hotel is according to the content of the service English exam by Beijing tourism bureau ,which is also included in 3 levels.the testing method and content will be designed by HR department.酒店组织的英语复核考试参考《北京市旅游饭店英语等级考试》内容设定,分为初级,中级,高级三个等次。具体考试内容和形式由人力资源部制定。
The re-check test will be held every October by the hotel for one year validity.in case of special iue to change the date of the test,HR will announce in advance.酒店组织的英语复核考试暂定于每年十月举行一次,有效期为一年。如遇特殊情况,酒店需变更复核考试时间,人力资源部将另行通知。
Staff who get the allowance over one year after august,will get the allowance until the date of the re-check test.whom get the allowance over a year before august,the allowance will be distributed by the last effective date according to the English allowance application form.申领英语津贴在每年八月以后满一年的员工,其津贴发放延至复核考试之日;申请英语津贴在每年八月以前满一年的员工,其津贴发放截止至其《英语津贴申请单》有效期终止之日。
Staff who are absent or failed to pa the test will not keep taking the English allowance.and should go back to the procedure of re-register for attend again the service English exam organized by Beijing tourism bureau.未参加或未通过当年复核考试的员工,不予继续申领英语津贴资格。如欲再次申领英语津贴,需重新履行酒店员工报考北京市旅游委组织的《北京市旅游饭店英语等级考试》的相关流程
5)Up-grade升级方法:
For staff whom want to apply for a higher allowance ,should apply for a higher level of the certificate acquiring ,and apply at least 1 month in advance to HR.go for register and attend the exam on time in designed spot after approved ,and provide the new higher level certificate to HR for checking.the allowance will be distributed according to the relative standard after approval.对于已取得《北京市旅游饭店英语等级证书》且申领英语津贴的员工,如需报考更高级别,需提前一个月向人力资源部提出书面申请,经过批准后,前往指定地点准时报名注册并参加考试。考取更高等级证书的员工,应及时到人力资源部持相关证明进行核查,经考核批准后,其津贴自次月以相应级别发放。4.reimbursement报销
1)the reimbursement is only including the registration fee.any other payments such as books etc are not considered.the reimbursement should be charged only once for each level to each participant.the certificate original and the invoice of the registration fee are required for required for reimbursement.报销费用仅含考试报名费用,不包含员工购买教材等其他任何费用。员工可凭考取证书原件及发票申请费用报销,每个等级每人只可报销一次。2)validity生效
the policy will be effective by 1st June.2016.HR will keep the right of explain 本制度自2016年6月1日起生效,最终解释权归人力资源部。
