为了保持良好的寝室环境，特制订以下制度：

To keep the good atmosphere of our home we make up the following rules and regulations: 1.寝室里所产生的一切费用由室员共同承担，包含水、电、气、网络和物管费。

We should share the expenses in the home including water,electricity,gas,net and property management.2.每间房由住的人管理，并登记房内的一切用品。

Manage the room which you stay in and register all things in the room.3.房间内的设施和物品谁弄坏谁负责修理，包括公共设施和物品。如果找不出负责人，大家分摊。

Be responsible for facility and things in the room,including public utility.If we do not know who,we should share.4.寝室不能留住外人或陌生人，如果要住，须经黄总同意。

Strangers can not stay in our dormitory,after Jimmy `s permiion then he/she can stay in our home.5.保持室内清洁。

Please keep the room clean.6.大家住在一起，就是一家人，应互相帮助。

We live together and we are a big family,let us help each other.7.请大家务必遵守，谢谢。Please obey our rules,thanks.
