员工更衣室管理制度
1.Employees are required to use the lockers designated by the hotel.It is not allowed to move or change the lockers without permiion.员工必须使用人力资源行政部指定的工衣柜(编号),不得擅自挪动工衣柜位置及调换工衣柜编号牌。
2.If malfunction of the locker door/lock occurs, immediately report to the HR & Admin Dept.which will contact with Engineering if neceary.Those who repair or force the lock without permiion of Human Resources Dept.will be penalized 50 RMB 工衣柜门、锁出现故障,须及时通知人力资源行政部,由人力资源行政部根据情况,与工程部联系维修,未经人力资源行政部同意任何人不得私带工具进行工衣柜的维修或撬锁,违者给予罚款50元处理。
3.Employees who forget the keys can borrow from HR & Admin Dept.according to established regulations.It is not permitted to lend keys to other lockers.The key should be returned within three days, otherwise, Human HR & Admin Dept.will change the lock and charge 20 RMB for each new lock.员工忘记带钥匙时,可按规定程序向人力资源行政部借用。借用仅限本人,人力资源行政部有权拒绝借用他人钥匙的要求。借用钥匙不得超过三天,否则,人力资源行政部将予以换锁并收取20元工本费。
4.All the private belongings of the employees, such as shoes, towels and so on, should be put into the lockers.Those who throw the articles on the floor or hang on the outside of the lockers will be penalized 20 RMB.员工个人物品,如鞋子、毛巾等必须放入柜内,不得随意扔在更衣室地面或挂在工衣柜上,违者除没收物品外,并罚款20元处理。
5.Valuable articles are not allowed to be put into the lockers,the hotel wonty for the lo.贵重物品不得存放入工衣柜内,如有遗失,酒店概不负责。
6.Take good care of the hotel property.Those who disobey the rules will be penalized.爱护酒店财物,不得损坏室内一切设施设备,违者将视损坏程度给予处罚。
7.Maintain the cleanline of the locker room and bathroom.Those who disobey the rules will be penalized.保持更衣室、浴室的清洁,不得乱扔垃圾,严禁在浴室内大小便,违者给予警告处分。8.Avoid the waste of water and energy.It is not permitted to wash clothes with hot water.Those who disobey the rules will be penalized.节约用水,及时关闭水阀,不得用热水洗衣服,违者重罚。
9.HR & Admin Dept.will do non-scheduled inspections of the lockers in coordination with concerned departments, and deal with any violation of the rules.人力资源行政部将会同有关部门不定期对工衣柜进行检查,发现违规现象,按有关规定处理。
