THE SYSTEM OF REWARDS AND PENALTIES FOR XX

XX中心奖惩制度

第一条:总则:为规范部门管理,严明纪律,奖惩分明,鼓励和鞭策各位员工准确及时的完成XX中心安排的工作任务。根据公司相关规定并结合实际情况,部门制定本制度。

Article 1: General: Sometimes the staff of BMMC didn’t hand over reports on time.And the reports were not as good as it could be.So BMMC decided to make this system.第二条: 本规定适用于XX中心所有员工。

Article 2: This system applies to all staff of BMMC.第三条: XX中心对员工的基本要求包括:按时按量按标准地完成总监或相关领导安排的工作任务。及时提交每周和每月的常规报表、临时报表和完成其他的临时性工作。

Article 3: The requirements of BMMC include: finishing each work on time, making sure the work is strictly following the requirements of BMMC.第四条: 员工的表现优秀,能够达到并超过部门对员工的基本要求的,除在当月 KPI 考评得分上予以反映外,还可以通过奖励的形式予以表彰,以起到宣传、鼓励的推动作用。Article 4: If somebody performance excellent, he/she will get reward from department.Like added mark in the KPI system, got bonus.第五条: 员工的表现达不到部门对员工的基本要求,根据情节的不同,均予相应惩戒。Article 5: if he/ she couldn’t reach the basic requirements, he/she will get punishment.第六条: 部门每月将根据各分公司/国内总部部门完成工作任务的情况进行评比,评比以团队形式每月进行,具体内容为:常规报表每周报表可以在周一前提交,每月报表可以在每月 5 日前提交,临时性报表和其他总部临时性工作在规定时间内按标准提交。部门将根据实际情况每月给分公司/国内总部排名,每季度综合排名。季度第一名奖励 5000 元(人民币或等值本币,下同),季度第二名 3000 元,季度第三名1000元。有并列第一名的,结合全部门投票并由总监最终评定,评出相应一二名。

Article 6: All branches will be ranked according to his performance on finishing work.They’ll be arranged by group.The standards are as following: the weekly regular reports are finished before next Monday;the monthly regular reports are finished before next month 5th;other work is finished by time and by quality.If one group is the NO.1 of each quarter, he can get 1000yuan(RMB);if he is NO.2, he can get 600yuan(RMB).第七条: 对于不能在周一前提交常规每周报表,每月 5 日前提交常规每月报表,在规定时间内提交临时性报表和完成总部安排的临时性工作的,部门将给与处罚,处罚的具体形式为:发现一次当月绩效扣5分,当次罚款500元(人民币或等值本币,下同),建材线负责人罚款1000元。国内主管级1000元,国内经理级2000元。罚金将从工资中扣除。

Article 7: If he can’t follow the requirements, he would get punishment.One time he can’t finish job, 500yuan he need to pay, if he is the chief manager, 100yuan.If it happens three times in one month, he should pay 500yuan, 1000yuan for chief manager.And he will be announced for his false.The penalty will be deducted from his salary.第八条: 各分公司建材负责人可根据本条例相应制定对本地员工的奖惩制度。对于不能按时完成工作任务的,发现一次扣100元人民币的等值当地货币。主管级扣200元人民币的等值当地货币。每季度部门将对海外分公司当地客服/业务团队进行评比,排名第一的团队奖励1000元人民币的等值当地货币。

Article 8: Each chief manager of all branches can make similar system according to this article.once the staff can’t finish the work that you asked , he/she should be punished by paying 100RMB.200RMB if he is local chief manager.The BMMC department will rank each team by customer service departments and sales departments.If he is the No.1 in each quarter, he will get reward of 1000 yuan RMB.第九条: 本制度由XX中心销售管理部制定并负责解释。

Article 9: This system is made by BMMC who taking charge of explaining it.第十条: 本制度自颁布之日起施行。

Article 10: This system will be effective when it has been iued.
