Yunlong mountain Welcome to Yunlong mountain.Yunlong mountain is one of the 50 famous mountains in china, which located in the south part of Xuzhou.Yunlong mountain get its name from the fact that, it looks like a dragon flying in the clouds, “yun” means cloud, and “long” means dragon.Well, dear friends, now, we have arrived at the foot of the yunlong mountain.The mountain is noted for its glorious history and culture, and is dotted with terraces and pavilians in the hill.There are many tourist interests, such as Fanghe pavilion, stone bed of Sushi and so on.From ancient times till today, many poets and painters have drawn to these parts and they all have praised the beauty of yunlong mountain in their paintings and works.第一部分：it is said that “to see is to believe”, now, it’s the time to conquer the mountain, After entering the northern gate , you can see the “三义” bridge.Originally called 云鹤 bridge.Why its name changed? During the Qing dynasty , three gentlemen contributed money to repair the 云鹤 bridge.To commemorate this three gentlemen, its name was changed to the 三义 bridge.Under the bridge, there is a fountain called “卧牛” fountain.It is one of the two headwaters of Qugang.苏轼，the famous poet in the northern song dynasty, once wrote about the splendid scene of Jumping fish in Qugang pound.Now, we come to the Su-step bridge.It was built in the song dynasty.As we know, 苏轼 had been the local governor of Xuzhou, he often showed his guests around yunlong mountain.Once Sushi claimed the mountain after drinking, accidently fell into the small ditch, so the local people built a bridge in order to make it more safe for Sushi to pa by.Well, dear friends, here is the famous stone bed of Sushi, actually it’s a natural stone with a length of 3.3 meters, width of 1.3, height of 1.7 meters.it is famous because Sushi had slept on it and put a poem for it.第二部分：Let’s go on, now, we have arrived at the Guanyin rock, a representive sight in yunlong mountain, which was built in 1719 under the instruction of Jiangchao, the governor of Xuzhou.It was originally built as the monastery.But when digging the ground, a huge block of rock was unearthed.Jiangchao instructed the craftman to carve it into a Guanyin state.It happened that in the midst of the rock ,there was a white vein.Thus, the statue was named Guanyin of jade sash and the temple called Guanyin temple.Ladies and gentlemen, after finishing our visit to Guanyin rock, let’s go to the Fanghe pavilion to have a look.第三部分：Fanghe pavilion is a simple pavilion.It was built in 1078 by Zhang tianyi, who called himself as a hermit of yunlong.He had raised two cranes, as we know, Sushi had been the local governor of Xuzhou, they became good friends during that time, and Sushi wrote a poem on Fanghe pavilion to praise Zhang’s free life and the beautiful scene from the top of yunlong mountain.So yunlong mountain and the Fanghe pavilion became famous of the world.Yinhe fountain is not far from the Fanghe pavilion.The well and statue of Buddha in Xinghua temple were built in northern Wei dynasty.It is famous for its sweet water.Dear friends, can you see that beautiful building behind the Yinhe fountain.Yes, it is the well-know temple—Xinghua temple, follow me, please.I’ll show you around it.Xinghua temple once named stone Buddha temple in the middle, facing the Guanyin hall.The Yuantong hall is the main hall of the temple.It is different from other temple in it’s statue of Guanyin with a body on her arms.The statue was carved directly on a huge rock But the original statue was destroyed and the one we see now was rebuilt in 1978.The eleven-meters high stone statue of Buddha carved in the time of northern wei dynasty is enshined and woeshipped, inside the magnificent Daxiong hall.第四部分：The third part of the yunlong mountain is also called Nantianmen, and the viewing platform is located here, it was built in 1995, it is really a good place for viewing.Ok, let’s have a rest here, there are 30 minutes for you to help yourself, and we will meet here at 12:00, enjoy yourself!
