TermsandConditionsgoverningtheapplicationforcreditfacilitiesoftheHotelitipulatedhereunder:

a.申请表需一式两份填妥后送交财务部批准。

ApplicationformshouldbecompletedinduplicateandtobesubmittedtoHotelAccountsOfficeforapproval.b.只有在酒店财务总监的批准下，挂帐才生效；换言之，公司在办

理挂帐申请过程中，酒店不予承认该挂帐帐户。

CreditarrangementswillonlybeconsideredafterapprovalbytheControlleroftheHotel;thatis,creditswillnotbeconsideredduringtheproceingstage.c.挂帐申请一经批准，申请表一份交还给申请人保留。

Onceapproved,acopyoftheapplicationformwillbereturnedandretainedbyapplicant.d.酒店只给以上（条款3）列的被授权人挂帐。如果有任何改变，申请公司须以书面形式通知酒店。酒店也将以书面形式接受及告知申请公司，在酒店未答复之前，改变不予成立。

Creditfacilitieswillonlybeextendedtotheauthorizedpersonnel,asenlistedinClause3,oftheApplicant.Shouldtherebeanychanges,Hotelmustbeinformedinwritingofsuchchanges,andacknowledgementwillbeiuedbytheHotelinwritingtotheApplicant.ChangeswillnotbeeffectedpriortotheiuanceofacknowledgementfromtheHotel.e.申请公司要负起被授权人所签的一切经济责任。

TheApplicantisheldwhollyresponsiblefor all liabilitiesanddebtsincurredbyitsauthorizedpersonnelfortheuseoftheHotel’sfacilitiesand/orservices.f.挂帐限额决定于保证金的多少，一旦公司发生额到达挂帐限额，公司应立即付款。在酒店未收到公司任何付款之前，酒店将不经过预先通知暂停其挂帐，直到收到款额为止才恢复其挂帐帐户。TheceilingofthecreditextendedtotheApplicantdeterminedbytheamountof guaranteeeitherintheformofcashadvanceorbankingdocuments.TheAmountofwhichwillbepreciselywrittenontheapplicationformonceapproved.TheApplicantwillberequestedforIMMEDIATESETTLEMENToncetheamountincurredreachestheceilingofcredit.Allcreditfacilitieswillbetemporarilysuspendedwithoutpriornoticeuntilsettlementismadeandthecreditmarginisbroughtbackto normal.g.公司需于每月收到酒店结算单后七日内结清帐额。

Settlementofaccountwillbesentandpaymentofwhichshouldbemadewithinsevendaysuponreceiptofthebills.h.一旦公司之银行保证书期满或取消或存于酒店的备用金被抽走，挂账将自动终止，公司应立即付清所有余款。

OnthedateoftheexpirationofabankGuaranteeorwhenevertheCompanyrequestswithdrawalofCashAdvancewhichhasbeenkeptcurrentlyunderHotel’sCustody,allCreditFacililtieswillbeautomaticallyterminatedandtheCompanyisrequestedIMMEDIATESETTLEMENTofalloutstandingdebtsincurredintheHotel.i.酒店有权在任何情况下不经预先通知随时取消公司之挂帐帐户。HotelreservestherightstocancelorsuspendallcreditfacilitiesofanApplicantunderwhatsoevercircumstances,orwherevertheHoteldeemsfitwithoutpriornotice.6．我公司清楚地知道并且诚意地接受和同意以上所规定的条款。TheCompanyacknowledgescomprehensivelyandacceptswithoutprejudiceandagreestocomplywithalltermsandconditionsatipulatedhereinaforesaid.公司章公司授权人签名Company ChopforandonbehalfoftheCompanyAuthorizedSignature(s)
