□ Proof of Degree and Diploma and English version / 学士学位证书、毕业证书及翻译件 □ Official transcript for the 6 graduate courses /

由中方合作院校所修的六门课程的成绩单(成绩均须在B 以上)

□ Official transcript for English Admiion Test / 中方合作院校入学英语考试成绩证明 □ Notarized affidavit of support / 财务担保书 – 须加盖红章

□ Notarized bank statement / 银行存款证明 – 须加盖红章

□ Copy of Identification Card / 身份证复印件

口Copy of paport / 护照复印件

口Recommendation Letters / 推荐信2封

口Resume and Official Statement of Working / 中英文简历及工作证明

口Photos / 2 寸照片4张

口 Application Fee / 报名费2000元

(1)Each document requires to have the English translation.学生若取得更高的学历或学位，请一并提交相应的成绩和证书。

(3)Graduate of three-year college shall be admitted conditionally and required to take 30-credit bridge courses.-三年大专可被有条件录取，再补30 学分课程。
