授权方现授权被授权方作为授权方的知识产权代理人，根据中华人民共和国相关法律，制止、打击在中华人民共和国境内侵犯授权方知识产权的行为，具体授权事项包括但不限于以下内容：
1、被授权方全权代表授权方向腾讯公司投诉拍拍上（包括拍拍网、QQ网购）任何侵犯 授权方在中华人民共和国境内享有的知识产权的行为；
2、被授权方在投诉过程中有权代表授权方签署及接受各类法律文件、递交各种证据材 料、进行沟通联系、协助查处工作、接受调解或和解、撤销投诉等；
3、被授权方有权对涉嫌侵犯授权方享有的知识产权的商品进行真伪鉴定，出具鉴定书 等。
被授权方实施的以上行为均视为授权方的行为，因此给腾讯公司或任何第三方造成损失的，由授权方承担赔偿责任，被授权方对此承担连带保证责任。

1)liaising with administrative, police, judicial, procuratorate, Customs or other relevant authorities;preparing, signing and filing on our behalf complaints and other relevant documents and materials;
2)Collecting and submitting evidence;carrying out notarizations;
3)Transferring the authorization granted hereafter;verifying and confirming the authenticity of products and iuing letters of authenticity;
4)Confirming the prices of genuine products and iuing letters of confirmation;
5)Participating in hearings on our behalf and handling relevant matters;
6)Collecting on our behalf damages and other payments;
7)Receiving punishment decisions and other documents;and
