经过甲、乙双方友好协商成以下协议，具体如下：

Through friendly negotiation, both parties reached mutual agreement.The details is as follows:

1、甲方维修高温高压吸附解吸仪系统, 型号ISOSORP-HP SCF，序列号为 1207 数量为一套。包括气体控制系统

Party A will repair for

System ISOSORP-HP SCF(Serial No: 1207).Quantity: one set.Package including Gas Dosing system

.2、甲方负责退换货的全部清关手续。

Party A will in charge of the all procedures of clearing the customs during exchange a purchase.3、甲方负责承担该 退换过程中发生的报关费、商检、运杂费等所有费用。PART B will afford the all cost during repair.It includes the customs charges、commodity inspection charges、carriage and so on.4、维修价格：保修期内免费 Free at warranty time5、发货期：Time of delivery: within 12 months after receiving the repair Party6、质量保证期：12个月自系统验收合格之日起

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of repair.此协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各持一份。
