授 权 方（以下简称甲方）：西班牙对外银行（BBVA）

甲、乙双方本着平等自愿的原则，在友好协商的基础上，达成如下协议，共同遵照执行：
Based on the principles of equality, willingne, friendly
consultation, the two sides Part A, Part B has entered into an agreement and agreed as follows:
1． 著作权许可
甲方许可乙方使用甲方所有的研究成果（包括经济研究报告、分析报告等，以下简称研究报告）的著作权。
1.Copyright permiion
Party A is willing to license Party B to use all the copyright of Party A’s research achievements,(including economic studies, analysis and so on, hereinafter referred to as the study report).2．许可权利种类
甲方许可的著作权权利如下：
（1）复制权；
（2）发行权；
（3）出租权；
（4）展览权；
（5）广播权；
（6）信息网络传播权；
（7）改编权；
（8）翻译权；
（9）汇编权；
2.Kinds of right to license
The right of copyright permitted by Part A:
（1）Right of reproduction；
（2）Right of iuance；
（3）Right of leasing；
（4）Right of public exhibition；
（5）Right of broadcasting；
（6）Right of dieminating on Internet；
（7）Right of adaptation；
（8）Right of translation；
（9）Right of compilation.3．许可种类
甲方的许可种类为普通许可，即甲方可同时许可任何第三方做同样使用。
3.Kinds of permiion
This kind of Part A’s permiion is a general permiion, this is, Part A can also permit the third part to do the same at the same time.4．使用地域限制
甲方许可的著作权使用地域没有限制，乙方可在任何地区使用。
4.Licensed Geographic Restriction of licensed use
There is no geographic restriction of using the copyright permitted by Part A, Part B may apply any part of the world.5．许可使用期限
甲方许可乙方使用的研究报告，使用期限为自提供之日起10年。
5.Term for the right of use
The term for the right of use about the study report which Part A permit PartB to use is 10 years, since it has been supplied.6．收费与对价
双方均不彼此另行收费，研究报告的使用本身对双方都有利，视为彼此对价。
6.Charge and consideration
No charge shall be applied here, and use of the REPORTS itself should be considered consideration to both parties.7．保证与承诺
甲、乙双方均保证并声明已方有完整之权利及授权签署本合同，授权不含有侵犯他人著作权和其他权益的内容。
7.Guarantees and commitments
The two parties both guarantee and announce that they have the whole rights and duly authorized signatory, and this license contains no infringement to other’s copyright and other rights and interests.8.本合同一式六份，自合同签订之日时生效。
8.This agreement, signed in six duplicates, shall be effective from the date of signatory.授 权 方：西班牙对外银行（BBVA）
