Company Uniform Using Agreement

甲方：

乙方：

甲乙双方经过协商，就甲方为乙方提供工服的事宜，遵循“平等、自愿”的原则，达成以下协议,双方共同遵守：

Through consultation Party A and Party B reach this agreement that Party

A provide uniform to Party B in accordance with the principle of equality, free will.一、在乙方成为甲方正式员工后，甲方为乙方发放工作服，甲方会在乙方发放工服第一个月的工资中扣除

Article one: after Party B turns to be the formal employee of Party A, Party A provide uniform to Party B;Party A may deductfirst month salary as the deposit money.二、甲方在发放工服给乙方后，工服归乙方所有，甲方不再收回； Article two: Party A distribute the uniform to Party B, then the uniform belongs to Party B and Party A shall not take it back.三、乙方在上班时间必须穿着工服上岗，且保持服装的整洁和干净； Article three: Party B must wear the uniform during work and keep it tidy and clean.四、若员工在公司工作满一年，公司将返还元押金;若员工在公司工作不满一年离职或被辞退，则元押金不予返还。

Article four: after the employee work in the company for 1 year the thedeposit money will be returned to the employee;if the employee resign or be dismied le than 1 year the yuan deposit may be kept by the company.五、本协议书自双方签名后即行生效，本协议书一式两份，甲乙双方各持一份，均具有同等法律效力。

Article five: this agreement takes effect after signature of both party.It is in duplicate and both party hold one original which has the same legal effect.甲方：
