Today I am very glad and honored to have the chance to run for the position of president of the. I am a student from class of English 092; my name is Cristina, thank you for giving me this opportunity to stand on the podium.
Under the leadership of the last session, our work is very effective during the last school year. Of course we know that Performance only belongs to yesterday and the last session team，and the new semester has brought us new challenges and opportunities。After this general election, we will leave the guidance of the previous student leadership team and chaired Students work independently, which also gives us new requirements.
Today I will run for the position of president of student union. Since I came to this school， I have been class monitor and the minister of the Life Department. I have done a very good job for my classmates，and in turn both students and teachers give me high praise. I am good at communicating and organizing，I have the ability to mediate the relationship between teachers and students, organize various activities and enrich the lives of our students. Years of student work experience make me know the structure and operation of the students’ union well and what’s more, I’m full of enthusiasm. As

I have the enthusiasm to work, sense of responsibility, constantly up of spirit of enterprise, practical spirits and realistic attitude, I need a wider platform to demonstrate my abilities.

good evening, everyone! our team is named as “piston”. it’s a great honor for us to meet you at the final of english contest. i am yuan jinguan, from senior high school class 2 of XX. they are my partners, chen cai, liang caihong, huang fuxing and gao haixuan. chen cai, the header of our team, is an earnest person who carries something through to the end. he participates in the english association all the time and dreams of becoming an english professional in future. liang caihong is an amicable, graceful and fashionable girl. huang fuxing is a lively and confident boy, who has the courage to face the new challenge and always shows himself in the competition. gao haixuan is such a person smiling in the face of life. we are very delight to participate in this contest, because we can know so much excellent friends and through mutual learning, our knowledge level can be improved and our friendship can be increased. in order to be the best one among all the participating teams, we will be united as one, and we believe the success will belong to us. the slogan of our team is: for the win, go! go! go!
