I got my bachelor degree in Nankai University, major in computer science and technology.By now, I have 10 years of experience in software testing.My first job was in Puluo communication, which is a company in the communication industry.I have worked there for four years and mainly engaged in the AP / AC software testing.In my first job, I've learnt a lot about wirele, and acquired full knowledge about each proce of software testing, such as how to design a good testing case.My second job was in Shanghai Tongwei, which is also in the communication industry.There I mainly did EPON, ADSL, lAN router software testing, and I started to manage a testing team with eight members.We are responsible for the software testing of some projects.My responsibility includes the aignment of testing tasks, the coordination of team members, and being the mentor of new colleagues to direct them to learn and implement software testing.I won the outstanding employee 2010 at this company.My third job was in Feixun, which produces products similar to TONGWEI.I worked as a software testing leader, responsible for a software testing department with 16 members.I’ve made some achievements in this company, for example, I have published two Patents;I have built a telecom testing environments from zero, where I built servers, tested the network planning, designed bench and etc.During the two years , Nobody was left from the department.I’m now working in Shengdi, which mainly produces intelligent lights including video lights, sound lights, wifi lights, zigbee lights and voice f recognition lights.My software testing team, responsible for all kinds of system testing, including IOS and android APP testing, the lamp testing and server testing.That's all, Thank you for listening。
