Good morning this is is Chile ,i am glad to be here for this interview, i come from Hunan province and graduated from Hunan institute in yueyang, my major is mechanical design and automation, i was the first one who had paed CET6 in our department, i think i am a good team partner and diligent and proactive, two years ago, i had a interview at Foxconn and paed, but the department was intend to move to Chongqing, i wanna stay in shenzhen, so i give it up
Introduce you last job?
I’v been working as a product engineer for two years, i am responsible for the development of medical wire，, to be more specific in general, our job divide into four parts, planning&development, validation&preparing, pilot run , ma production , in the first stage, we discu with customer about the whole plan and know product’s structure/purpose/ make a plan sheet, in the second stage, we draw the 2D/3D drawings with CAD PROE, aement, purchase parts, preparing SOP /fixture/ the mold ,the test condition and so on, in the third stage, we hold a meeting and make samples, after that, we deliver the sample to our customer, if they receive and approve it we do our fourth stage ,during that stage, we distribute ECN in order to improve productthat’s my major responsibilities
How do you think PE?
The NPI proce is an important pillar in succeeding Quality Strategy, It is the only chance for manufacturing to perform effective product and proce defect prevention activities.We can take more market if we improve quality and short production time
Talk about you disadvantage?
I am a perfectionist, sometimes I care mistake too much
