Well, let me talk about the topic first.If I were the bo, for instance, this topic seems a little big for me.For example, I don’t know which field I would serve, or what types of employees I would be in charge of.For this reason, I prefer to materialize（将什么变成）it into a simple, realistic model.My major is microelectronics, so if I am the bo of microelectronic company in China, what would it be like, what progre will we have made? I gue the first thing I want to put forward is that I’ll try my best to bind all my stuffs together as one people, as one company.Because if I want my company always makes decisions in the right directions, I must make sure that all my stuffs know the importance of teamwork, thus they can cooperate willingly.Secondly, I am planning to proclaim a new culture that is symbolic for the company.Like the New Oriental Company, we all know that New Oriental Company always takes efforts to publicizing its slogan, which is the spirit of New Oriental.I believe that’s why so many super talented persons come together and work for it, and make it brilliant towards the hope of a better day.Thirdly, I think that the vitality of innovation is equally important, especially to the IT Company.With the progre of globalization, people share the similar ideas become more and more mediocre.（adj.普普通通）Albert Einstein once said: Imagination is more important than knowledge.He was right.Only innovation can drive us forward.If I were the bo, I’ll implement the policies I described above, and I wish I could succeed.The minute you think of giving up, think of why you held on so long！
