读泰勒的科学管理原理有感
泰勒对科学管理作了如下定义：“诸种要素——不是个别要素的结合，构成了科学管理，它可以概括成如下：科学，而不是单凭经验的方法；协调，而不是分歧；合作，而不是个人主义；最大的产出，而不是有限制的产出；实现每个人的劳动生产率最大化。”
泰勒科学管理运用于企业管理中,使得许多企业生产效率成倍提高。而要想未来有很好的管理技巧，我认为我们需要学习借鉴泰勒的科学管理思想。
但是科学管理思想仍存在着一定的局限性。泰勒认为工人的主要动机是经济的，工人最关心的是提高自己的金钱收入，即坚持“经济人”假设；科学管理仅重视技术因素，不重视人群社会的因素；“泰勒制”仅解决了个别具体工作的作业效率问题，而没有解决企业作为一个整体如何经营和管理的问题。
此外，我们要有一个平和的心态，不应急功近利，这样我们才能更好，更加稳固的前进。总之泰勒的管理理论看似简单，其实内涵极为丰富，需要我们不断研读，也需要我们不断地实践，才能实现组织管理的目标——“使雇主的财富最大化，同时也使每一位雇员的财富最大化”。

After reading principles of scientific management by F·Taylor
Taylor has made a definition about scientific management, and it as follows:
The elements-not the combination of individual elements, constitutes the scientific management, it can be summarized into as follows: 1.science, not rule of thumb 2.harmony, not discord 3.cooperation, not individualism 4.maximum output, in place of restricted output 5.the development of each man to his greatest physical capacity
The scientific management is used widely in management of busine and also makes much progre of production efficiency.However, if we want to get a better skill of management, I think we need to learn from Taylor's scientific management.But there are things limited in scientific management.Taylor thinks the main motivation is workers of the economy, and what workers care most is how to improve their income, that is, insist to the “agent” hypothesis;Scientific management only pay attention to technical factors, and do not take the crowd of social factors;“Taylor system” just solves the problem that operational efficiency of individual specific work but not solve the problems that how to operate and manage enterprise as a whole part.Besides, we should own a heart with peace, and if we want to gain a better and more solid progre, we also need to develop steadily.All in all, the management of Taylor maybe simple on its face, actually, it has deep meanings under its surface.What’s more, if we want to realize the goal of organized management, which is that making maximal fortune for employers, and at the same time, making maximal fortune for every employee, we ought to study constantly and practice continuously.
